The pharmacy is also reported to be understaffed, leading to a heavy volume of customers. Despite these challenges, some customers enjoy the atmosphere and the friendly employees at CVS.

The pharmicist, Kaiylyn, is the most nicest pharmacist and always patiently answers all my questions. She always has a smile despite the current challenges in the pharmacy industry.
