This bank allows scammers to take your money & expect you to do all the work for them. They stole my money & are still holding $1,000 of my money from me after I closed out all my accounts!Update: I did contact you guys multiple times & got the run around. I didn't get my $200 back from the scam out of my account. How can I be in 4 different states at once within a few hours of each other, making different transactions with the same physical card? When I have video proof of me being home that day. You contact me when you can answer that! You already got all of my information!

I will be telling everyone I know about the horrible customer service experience I had. I was charged dozens of international fees whilst using my debit card. Your customer service team was rude and inconsiderate when I called to have them reversed. I was refused help. I was instead encouraged to make a fiscally irresponsible decision to open another credit card to avoid fees. That's absurd. Shame on you. Not only will I tell friends and family and social media contacts about the unpleasant experience, I will be closing my accounts. You seem to have forgotten what customer service means. You also seem to be unaware that there are other banking choices available and that it is a PRIVILEGE to have a customer choose to bank with you. BAD BUSINESS. HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHAME SHAME SHAME.

They have no idea what they are doing, back office places holds on my check they said wait a month to diposit, once hold is placed they say there's nothing they can do, I go to different branch and they just needed to verify funds and call Cincinnati office and they said 3 months not 1, crown point branch is absolutely horrible

So I'll start off by saying I'm happy with 5/3rd. This location has awesome customer service and they get people in and out as fast as possible, without making you feel like you gotta go. They are thorough and are good about answering your questions and help, in general. One problem is the ATM. It's like this thing never works right. Another problem (which isn't the branches fault) is that people are always cutting through from the other parking lots. They drive way crazy and create a sketchy driving situation. Lastly, there's the change machine - they 86'd it. Why? I have no idea, but now I have to go to Merrillville to turn in change. I'm not giving a coin star 10% of my money to count change.

I've been with Fifth Third for about nine years & I loved this branch! Customer service is still top notch but over the last year the ATMs at this bank have been absolutely ridiculous!! I'd say at least 75% of the time I have to drive past 2 or 3 branches just find an ATM that works!!! I get charged a service fee every single month for my account, it would be nice to be able to use the ATM that's remotely close to my house! Today I've absolutely had it!! I deposited about $700 into the ATM and what do ya know, MORE "technical issues!!" It took my money and did not deposit it into my account!! Now I have to file a dispute and wait for my money to be returned!! IT REALLY SUCKS HAVING A BANK I FEEL LIKE I CAN'T TRUST!!

Crown point Branch has been our main Branchfor many years for all of our Banking needs! Everyone has always treated us like were family , friends and partners! We have been blessed to meet so many individuals that have gone off to other branchs after their training or for reasons of advanement! With my Business i find myself at many other branchs in which i always see a familar face! And that is a very good feeling in these days when everyone seems to be just alittle to busy! Thank you Team for all the professionalism and smiles everytime we walk thru the door!
