Terrible. Constantly flagging my account and freezing my account for “suspicious activity”, has happened 10 times now where I have to go through the hassle of calling the bank back and unfreezing my account, cause it just suddenly stopped working for purchases, what a pain, do not bank with these scammers!!

I’ve been banking with First Financial for years. They’re very nice and the banks are always clean. However, the reason why I gave a 3 star review is that the teller asked me why I only have one type of an account at their bank and what the money is for. That made me feel very uncomfortable and the question was inappropriate to ask. It’s none of their business what the money is for and it’s none of their business why I only have one account with them. That’s my hard earned money that I’m putting into a bank account with them. They need to train their staff better on what to ask and what not to ask clients that walk in.

A special shout out to the awesome staff who stayed over on Wednesday after i lost my bank atm card and got me a new one. You guys rock and almost made it fun making it a pleasant experience. Tracy was so patient and the lady helping her and the manager, thank you all! ?

When I lost my Debit card I went straight to this bank and the service rep was able to close that card and issue me a new one on the spot in a matter of less than 10 minutes. I was so grateful for the professional way it was handled. She also answered all my questions and concerns. I just wish there were a First Financial Bank closer to my home.

Terrible customer service, my son has been deployed at the last minute with three days to prepare to leave the country for 9-12 months. he contacted the bank 3 times to close this account. He sent me an email stating this was still not done and that they are charging him $3 a month if not closed. I called customer service to see what we could do to avoid this. I ended up talking to a supervisor in customer service, Linda Rice. Who never tried to say ok I understand he is fighting for our country and I can't give you any information on the account but I will take a look and make sure he is not charged anything while he risks his life for his country. She only told me she know someone in the army that could call out so my son could do the same. I told her he was in the field with no contact to phone or internet and she said there is nothing she could do because how could she believe what I'm saying. the acct has with no funds in it and getting billed $3 per month. what's to believe?
