They never ever answer the phone. They don’t respond to voicemails. I went in to open a new account and close an old one and they did it all wrong. And now I am going to have to take more time out of my work schedule to go back in tomorrow because no will answer the phone or respond to my voicemail. As if I don’t have anything better to do than go to the bank two days in a row.

Old National Bank is sells personal data with no option to opt out. They locked all First Midwest accounts and refuse to answer phones. I've already filed a complaint with the BBB. Next step is filing a report with local law.

You should make sure whoever is working the drive up helps cars who are there FIRST. I sat for probably 6 mins waiting to be helped while cars who pulled up after me were helped instead resulting in me going inside instead and got helped quicker.

The Drive-Up is fast and convenient and opens at 0830 weekdays. Tellers are always polite and cheerful even when you are in a rush!
