I went for lunch today 2/5/2024. I don't remember their name but it was very nice and friendly young man and young lady. They were doing a great job getting all of their orders together. It was a lunch crowd. Kudos to them.

Honestly a good burger, just on the pricey side of bargain eating.

Christmas Eve 2023 and my other (and best ) half wanted to try Five Guys. I've been to the one in Schererville and Green Bay, he has never been in one anywhere. SUPER friendly and kind staff. I can't stress that enough - Christmas Eve and not a grumble in play. They all worked really well together. Thanked my guy for his veteran service (thank you for doing so). Soooooo - the food (after all, that's why you are reading this :) ) Both of us ordered cheeseburgers. He chose everything on his and I did my usual mayo and pickles. I had a fountain drink, he had a choc shake. I asked on fries size and we chose a small. Fountain drinks - they have the machines with a zillion choices and also ice tea. The shake came up first - he was pleased with it. He also liked your decor. It was fun for me to see a first time view of Five Guys - I remember my first visit which was in Green Bay several years ago. This one seemed a bit smaller in size but the seating was very efficient and parking was an easy in and out. While we watched the burgers cooking - he commented ohhh maybe these are smaller than we thought. Well, we did have a pandemic and things seem a bit pricier and smaller these days but let's see. Then they came forth with the patties, added them to the buns and toppings - and the sandwiches greatly increased to the burger you may remember growing up. made at the local small town diner. Those burgers so big you truly need two hands and may not finish it all. The burger your stomach says oh my yes!!!!! We were more than full - I think we didn't finish 1/2 the small fries and I don't think he finished his shake. Music was playing - good choice. We wondered if this is a mix piped in all Five Guys. Either way it was a good choice. Washrooms clean as expected. One thing to note and not a bad thing. The two tables closest to the one fountain drink machine - there is a light breeze (maybe from the venting of the grills. Enough of one to ruffle the napkins on the table and feel on you as you sit. Not bad and we all know if it is a vent system, well, it is needed. The other tables were occupied or we would have moved further down. It may cycle sporadically and we were there during that time. This doesn't change my rating at all but if you are there on a chilly day and not wearing a coat (yours truly....) you now have advance notice :) Prices - we all know (I think) that prices have increased for everyone. From toilet paper to lattes to burgers to pizzas - it has increased. I won't even go into how much gas has increased as well, we all are having to cope with it. Beef in the grocery store has gone up considerably so logically Five Guys suppliers charge more too. I don't know about you but I'd rather eat a real quality burger like I did today even paying post pandemic prices than a low grade cut of meat. I actually felt the meat quality was better than I remembered from before. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think Five Guys is a franchise. Either way there is a bottom line somewhere in the mix as with all businesses. So dealing with growing supply costs has to be a bear and a half. I also appreciate that Five Guys decided to set up shop here in Crown Point and think it is a welcome addition to the city. Two cheeseburgers, one small fries, one milkshake, one fountain drink, 20% tip = a bit under $40.00 Would I do it again - you bet I would :) Thanks guys for a great time, friendly service and a really great Christmas Eve lunch :)

The food here is so good. Only downsize is the time to wait to get it and the price for even the little cheeseburger and little fries.

The three young men that were working today were very polite, efficient, and friendly. The place was clean, they greeted everyone that walked in the door, and the food was fresh, correct, and delicious. These men were the perfect example of excellence. ??

Ordered in the restaurant but order was not understood well so I ended up being one burger short. Ok could have looked on the receipt but ok. Had ordered large fries but cup which is supposed to serve3-4 ppl was only 3/4 full. Pickle ware added even not ordered to. So had to stay for my 3rd burger to get ready while other stuff got cold before getting out of there. Store was empty only on couple sitting there but floors ware a mess.

Hands down one of the BEST Five Guys, & not just in my area (NWI), prob one of the best in the Midwest! Keep up the good work & quality of the food... *FRIES (cajun) & BACON CHEESE BURGER a must-have! Note: "Little" burgers have just 1 piece of meat(beef patty) & when you order a "burger" reg size, that's 2 pieces of beef... So a "little" is not a change in size, just the pieces of meat in between the buns! :-)

The smell of fresh grilled burgers stopped us in our tracks as we skipped lunch, so we figured, what the hell. Food was decent but o Lord, was it expensive. $10.50 for a bacon cheese burger. Very thin Pattie's that we're even broke in half. A lot of fries over flowed the little cup they came in, but I think it was about $3-$4 extra for fries. My wife ordered the hot dog, and the quality was quite poor for $6.00, just for the dog. $35 for 2 people for lunch. A bit much. To be fair, food was ok, service was fair( music so load, you couldn't hear the order takers), clean and awesome coke freestyle machines. Just bring your kids college savings

Very short staffed. Despite 3 workers running around service was super slow. Grilled cheese was 2 slices of ice cold cheese between a greasy bun.Vegetarian options: Grilled cheese was awful.
