The lady asked me how I get my haircut, read it from the little slip they have of how you get your haircut, I confirmed, then she immediately proceeded to give me a different haircut, way too short, was supposed to leave three inches on top, instead took 3 inches off. I look like I'm going off to boot camp... I've gotten too many bad haircuts from here. Wont be returning... Brad's real good though.

This place has gone really downhill. The girls there anymore are super unfriendly and act like you inconvenience them by being there. Also, the wait times are super long. There are 8 chairs but at most 3 will be use.

I got a haircut and they messed me up horribly. She didn’t know what a taper was and gave me a buzz cut on the sides and back rather than a mid taper like the picture I showed her.

Update: I emailed them and they refunded me.Ok so at first the hairdresser who was cutting my hair was really nice. I told her where I wanted my hair cut and that I wanted LONG layers in the BACK and framed by my face. Well, she became legit cutter happy and cut my hair SHORTER than I said I wanted!!!I couldn't see because I had to take my glasses off! And when I tried to put my glasses on during..she said "oh I can't cut with your glasses on. Huh? She butchered my hair. It's about 2 inches higher than shoulder length which I asked for.Then she attempted to put more layers in the front and I told her NO! I don't want layers in the front..she she then said "well I have to, that's how it's supposed to be".Excuse me? It's supposed to be HOW I WANT IT TO BE!Think her name was Star.I was charged $20 (which over the phone the other lady told me it's $18).FYI, she cut off a little more than 8 inches and I only wanted 6 inches!!
