“Looove Whole Foods! This is my peaceful time, makes me feel like I am in a different world. My adult children and self LOVE the flowers selection. As I was picking my flowers and got to the greens I noticed they were almost dead. Isa rushed to ask if she can help me find something. I told her I just ALWAYS NEED my eucalyptus fix and I see they are almost dead. Isa says, no worries I am actually in the process of replacing everything. Isa brought me a few bunches to pick from. It just makes me smile to see such calm, peaceful happy person handling the flowers. The whole store is perfectly organized and pretty. Very clean and sanitary. The produce is ALWAYS fresh and very presentable. The floors shine and everything screams buy me I look pretty! Lol At the bakery I LOVE the sourdough bread, Eva suggested their Rosemary sourdough bread with their garlic butter. Eva asked if I wanted my bread sliced, eventhough I seen she was busy to see her offer additional services made me feel good. I went to get the garlic butter but couldn't find. I bumped into this gorgeous doll, her name was Sandra. I asked if they had rearranged their items as I couldn't seem to find the garlic butter. Sandra says I will get that for you, I shopped around. Sandra comes back with the garlic butter with the biggest smile and asked if she can help me find anything else. I told her no Sandra but I appreciate your time. Sandra was very busy restocking items and stopped what she was doing to help me. Oh and she moved the boxes out of the way so there is no accidents. I LOVE THAT! As I proceeded to self check out, I couldn't find my Amazon bar code. The lady at self check out helped me out and let me know they had smaller bags for the glass drinks I had. My mouth dropped, to see that I did needed an additional bag to secure my glass drinks before I even asked. This was the perfect experience. Everyone and I do mean EVERYONE at Whole Foods is so happy. I live in Merrillville but don't mind at all the drive to my FAVORITE spot. Thank you to the hiring and management team! I recommend this store to everyone!”
