I had such a wonderful experience with Binika. Buying a house can seem stressful, but she made me feel the total opposite. Binika and the Heritage Real Estate Service team were very knowledgeable and walked my husband and I through the home buying process. She was always available for questions and made sure my husband and I understood everything. She explained in detail and was very patient with us. My new home is my dream home, and this was made possible because of Binika’s diligence to get the job done in a timely matter... especially when it came to time sensitive paperwork.
