I recently acquired a new cpap machine from Lincare in Crown Point. This was to replace my 9yo machine. The new one was much louder than my previous ResMed AirSense 10 . I called Lincare to see about returning/replacing which they told me I could. I called my insurance to let them now my concerns which they told me to have my doctor send a new order with the cpap I wanted. I contacted my doctor to send the new order and they told me to let them know when Lincare has the cpap so they can send a new order. I arrived at Lincare Crown Point. Lowell took me in the office made sure I was using the cpap correctly then he had the new ResMed AirSense 11 all ready set up for me. He exchanged it without my doctor sending the new order. I am so impressed with the customer service at Lincare and the reason for this very positive review. If you are looking for a DME provider in NW Indiana area, look no further. They will take care of your needs.

Page was amazing in helping me and my family get everything sorted for my mom's medical needs. Take a picture, the journey with our mother has been an extremely stressful one and has not been made easier by most medical staff. Not the case here!! We were able to get everything taken care of quickly and easily with a sense of compassion and understanding for our situation ❤️. We cannot express our appreciation enough. Between victoria, calling us for information and page taking our information.The staff here ten out of ten.

I have personally worked with Lincare and needed immediate assistance for my mother's oxygen needs. Deanna, the manager at Lincare, made sure my concerns were heard and taken care of expeditiously. She promptly implemented a plan and sent an amazing technician, Demarco, to my mother's house to help her with her equipment and deliver new equipment. Both of them were responsible, attentive, patient, and kind to my mother. Lincare is fortunate to have Demarco and Deanna working for them. Given the patient population Lincare services, it is reassuring to have employees such as Deanna and Demarco working for them.

Lowell was very thorough and patient with me. He knows what he is doing and what he is talking about. Even when I called back with questions he was so helpful. Each staff member that I came across was polite and helpful. Pleasant experience all the way around. HAPPY MEALS FOR EVERYONE!!

The equipment and delivery was good. My only comment is that it would be helpful if the delivery estimated time could narrowed down to at least morning or afternoon.

Details of pickup were bad, nobody stated they needed a dr note to secure the equipment, water a hole day waiting for delivery that never came !!! Then when I called was then told they needed a Dr. order!!!

When I first started getting my oxygen and supplies from them I wouldn’t get them delivered on time or supplies would be missing but now it’s easy to order and everything comes on my delivery day. The delivery drivers are nice and they are very helpful.

Laziest people on planet, slugs, really. Not helpful. Have to do all unloading/loading myself. Will NOT even get out of van. Make me come to their driver side window for anything/everything, even to sign for all work I did.

I am just a little a month into Cpap treatment for sleep apnea. I was set up with Lincare through my doctors office and as soon as they were able to get a response back on the prior authorization from insurance they were quick to call and set up an appointment which was within just a few days. This is where I met Lowell for the first time and although I did not know what to make of him in the first few moments I came to find that he is just amazing at what he does. The level of information he was able to give me and on a level different from the random more clinical stuff you Google. Not only did he help me understand sleep apnea in general but he actually obviously took the time to read over any information that was forwarded from the doctor about me and was able to break down even further some of my apnea issues and how over time I will benefit with the Cpap therapy. Furthermore I was having issues with the type of mask I first started out with. I happened to call the very last day that I was able to switch out for a different one without it costing me anything out of pocket. At 1:30pm they were able to squeeze me into a 2:30 slot and once again Lowell with his larger than life personality was able to get me situated with something new. The mask I wanted to try and saw online was so brand new that it was not carried there yet but should be very soon. It was for sale online and he spoke of pros and cons and got me into something to try out because insurance will not pay for the new type of mask until after 6 months with current one. If I decide to pay out of pocket will definitely be doing so through Lowell at Lincare. If half the people in the world were as enthusiastic and passionate about their jobs as I feel Lowell was the world would be a much happier place. I know this is long and sorry for that but with all I’ve experienced so far and with the service I received from day one deserves praise for every event every step of the way. It’s not often I leave reviews but this just exceeded all expectations.

My Dr. ordered oxygen for me to use it after surgery on May 22, 2025. I was done with the oxygen on June 9, 2025. Kenny (Kendal) from the Crown Point, IN office told me that I will not have to pay the June invoice of $66.67. Lincare automatically took that June payment from my credit card. I have since received two more bills and I do not have any of their equipment and haven't had it for months. I have spent HOURS on the phone trying to get this resolved. I have been told numerous times that I will not be billed anymore and receive bills after I am told that I will not. It is August 7, 2025 and I am on the phone with Lincare billing again. I still do not have a resolution and I have been on the phone for over an hour again today.
