This was my first time to this nail salon and I was very pleased. Beautiful atmosphere and clean. Prices are very reasonable and the nail tech did an amazing job. Definitely best stop in the CP area in my opinion.

Absolutely love Luxe Nails! Megan is beyond great at her job and every experience has been pleasant and I always walk out with my nails looking fantastic. Their booking system is super easy and convenient! Who doesn’t love to just book online . :)Service: Gel manicures

Do not deal with these people. Refused to call back and will not answer your phone callCan only book online as I had an emergency and to reschedule they will charge you half the cost of the service you want.BAD customer relationship. Found a better salon and cheaper too!!!

My suggestion is not to let them cut your nails. The woman cut my toes so short, only a few days later and some of my toes are throbbing as the nail is too short and digging into sides of my skin. My manicure wasn't much better, I watched in horror as she quickly cut them down and they are crooked. Quality takes time and at the cost of services it's NOT worth it. What can you do when you're sitting there, hoping it would end better than it was looking. Ugggh.My nails were all long and well taken care of, now I'm dealing with a mess that I paid for.Services: Manicures

I cannot recommend Luxe Nails enough! Megan has been doing my nails for the last 3 years and she is amazing! I always get complements on my nails! 10/10 experience!

I had a great experience here and would highly recommend! My nail tech Megan did a great job. Make sure to make an appointment asap when wanting to come here. The store only have 3 nail technicians here so the spots fill up quickly.

Wasn’t greeted when I walked in. Very rude and off putting. Salon wasn’t packed at all. I wanted to try them based off of the reviews but first impressions go a long way. Even if I was on the phone, I could of still been attended too. I ended the call shortly after walking in. I’ve managed a nail salon before and that’s definitely not an excuse. I found you all on google maps, so unfortunately I did not read the salon rules on the site. Please update your cellphone and salon policy via google so that people may not encounter the same unpleasant experience I did. A simple apology would have went I long way. Again, I managed a salon for years and always put the customer first. Especially, if they are claiming to have a bad first time experience. You never know the clientele you are servicing but no worries. ? Have a great day.Update: Ma'am, if the waiting area was closed, then you should of had some type of indicator on the furniture like other salons that are actually abiding by Covid 19 policies. If you don't take walk-ins then your door should be locked at all times to prevent confusion. The young lady who walked in before me sat in the same area. I'm assuming she must of missed the memo on the site about the waiting area being closed too huh? Furthermore, you had no receptionist at this supposed reception area that I missed. Let me not fail to mention that the lady who came in before me didn't go to any reception area either. I followed her lead. Also, how did you "accidentally" overlook me but somehow noticed I came in on my phone. That seems to contradict your statement. So, I am confused too. To the people reading this, if you own a business, proper etiquette would be to apologize and offer the customer a chance to have a different experience but the owner clearly did not want my business nor did she try to offer me a way to book after pretending to not see me. My response would be to offer a new potential client a card and explain to them how to book online and what the standard procedures are. After being gone for military training, I just wanted to find a place to relax and be treated like a human being, so I look up a business on google maps, tried them out and it went bad. I have a right to express my displeasure. You owe it to people who are trying to patronize you to make them feel good. Instead of a simple, "I'm sorry, how can we make this better, please book online," I am meet with confrontation. This is so inappropriate on so many levels! I really hope you do not judge or treat another person the way you are treating me and instead of being defensive, take the time to think about how this could have been rectified rather than you fighting with me via a google review.On another note. I went to another salon and they were may more friendlier. They actually greeted me, asked me to step to the reception desk and scheduled me for an afternoon appointment because they were booked for the morning.

Luxe nails is an amazing small business to support. In times like these its important to put our business back into our community. I have known the owner for over 10 years and she has always gone above and beyond to make me comfortable and provide amazing service with very reasonable prices. No one one does nail art like Megan and I truly appreciate how she takes her time. She recognizes that our hands and feet are walking advertisement for her so she will not send you out the door until every thing is perfect. She is clean and courteous and very friendly.

Megan was outstanding! She was very pleasant and professional! She did an absolute amazing job on my nails! Im impressed by this nail salon! Very clean and nice! I would suggest going here to anyone. I will definitely be back!
