We used to come here for quick in and outs and doctor notes for our kids. Not anymore after last week. Our insurance prefers us to go here first. The woman in the triage room was very rude and condescending. Our kid needed a strep test- not difficult or dramatic. We won't be coming back here and I'll pay more out of pocket elsewhere.

If I could leave Zero stars I would ! I came in this morning at 9:10 am and asked a nurse practitioner or whatever she is because she's NOT a doctor did she still need me to check in on the kiosk because I already checked in on my phone. I know some places still require you to do so ,that's why I asked just to confirm. Anyway her condensing tone and nasty attitude needs a readjustment ! That's not how you speak or handle your patient.. and yes she was the white lady with the blonde hair working this morning on 8/29/23

After booking online, and listing my daughters age and reason for visit, we arrived in person and checked in. Only THEN did they tell us they don’t treat UTI symptoms is children under 12. This is my second awful visit here, and I will not give them a third chance. Save your time and go to a local urgent care.

Terrible automated service when you call in. Lots of glitches and from the other reviews I’m reading, this is the standard across the board

The CVS on N. Main St. in Crown Point, Indiana is a 24/7, fair, welcoming, and kind place that dutifully serves all first responders - regardless of their rank, gender, or music! I cannot be grateful enough to the staff here, anymore than I can appreciate the CVS on Broadway Avenue!

Rude, inappropriate and dismissive staff. It’s humiliating they are a part of the healthcare team

The nurses and staff here are plain rude. They are belittling and treat patients like they are stupid. Its rude and they lost our business for sure.

The wait is much longer than gets posted. The time may give u hope initially with some jumps but it really doesn’t work that way. The screen showed an 18 mins hold for a good 40mins mind you i started at 1:30hr wait. I likely wouldn’t return here. There is two rooms & had two nurses but they were seeing patients together so basically like having one person. For those that do use medicaid even if CVS takes medicaid please note this clinic will not see you even for a flu shot or anything

This morning I went online to make an appointment for my sick daughter at the CVS in Merrillville, IN. The walk-in time stated 47 minutes. I scheduled the appointment and was given a time that was about 2 1/2 out so I assumed it would be quicker to walk in. I intended to check her into the system as a walk in when I arrived but the system instead kept her original time which at that point was 2 hours away. That was fine.

Wait was much shorter than posted. Love the online check in and on site tools. Much better and more accessible than doctor office.

Amy was the best! I received better care here than I did at an area hospital. I recommend Minute Clinic and I will definitely come back.

I’ve been here couple of times and both times have been good experiences. They are very nice and quick!

Have used this clinic three times and each time ended up having to go to another doctor due to misdiagnosis and no treatment. Won't be using them again!
