Ryan was very welcoming and knowledgeable! He helped me quickly get to the functionality I was looking for in my price point. I appreciated his responsiveness via email after the fact, as well as his help quickly replacing a unit that was damaged during shipping. Would highly recommend!

Wife and I purchased all of our appliances from Nason's for our new home as recommended buy our builders realtor . We were going to go to ABT put the realtor said not to go out of the box {so so sorry for listening}. Kristina was are sales person and believe me a great LIAR . Our refrigerater had damage to the front doors as well on the side panels. Wife called and she said our doors would be replaced but as far as the sides she could give us a $200 credit back on our charge card. We waited several weeks and made several calls to Nason's about the problems and to find out when they would take care of it. Majority of the time messages went to Kristinas voice mail and we were told only she can handle it. One time spoke to Eric the owner and got the run around. This problem has been going on since July 2023 we were told in November of 2023 that the doors were ordered and will be having them installed. I called Samsung about the doors and representative said freezer door was no longer available and one fridge door was on back order. I asked how much is the cost about $400 each for fridge doors and she said they should have taken fridge back and replaced it as it would probably be less expensive. After talking to the rep. I realized Kristina was LYING again. I went on Nason's web site and gave them a bad review and amazingly that was the first time Kristina called back so fast. She said if you want fridge fixed better remove the review. If you want to be jerked around and lied to a good place to purchase.

Purchased appliances for our house as our builder sent us there . Appliances were delivered in July of 2023. After removing plastic from fridge noticed a small ding in door and scratches on other doors along with a dent and marks on the side. We dealt with Kristine and she said she will give us $200 back for the dent on side and replace all the doors we agreed to this which was back in July. It is now November and wife made several phone calls in the past months to Nasons and she was always told only Kristine can help us. She has left several voice mails to her on a few occasions she did get back but always getting the run around. She spoke with Eric on11/4/23 and again the run around. She spoke with Kristine today 11/6 and again said she will check and get back to us. Kristine was all nice in the beginning until Nasons got our money. These people do nothing but lie to you. We were going to go elsewhere in the beginning Kristine talked us out of it. We are so sorry for dealing with Nasons. Anyone who reads this STAY away from Nasons. I talked to credit card company and I think I'm going to dispute the charge for fridge.

Bought an LG dryer and had a nightmare with LG customer service. A part needed to be replaced as I noticed a dent during installation. First visit with LG was just to see what part was needed, the second visit was to replace the part but the part ordered was dented so they had to order another part, the third visit we waited all day and they never showed up and no number to call that wasn’t an automated message. Was so ridiculous. Wasted our whole day. I got so frustrated I called Nason’s. They were great. No questions asked. Let me replace my dryer with a Whirlpool so I didn’t have to deal with LG customer service any longer. Thank you Nason’s!

Fastest appliance purchase ever. Knowledgeable sales person. I would recommend telling purchasers they may need to buy an appliance cord because I didn't know that.

After many purchases over many years. Service has gone downhill.If you could install it yourself, save the money. They couldn't even install a dishwasher correctly. And they gave no follow-up customer service. Best bet .. Shop somewhere else. So much for shopping local.

Purchased kitchen appliances just months before and had no issues...need a dryer now. Went in on Saturday and paid more for an in stock dryer that could be delivered on Wednesday. Was told we would be called the night before with a time (didn't happen) husband called Wednesday morning and was told delivery between 10-12 (never showed) several calls to find out why and left messages (no call back) finally got thru to service & parts put us thru to delivery. We were told that we WERE called Tuesday and that WE changed delivery to Friday. (We had plans with family to go to the zoo for my birthday on Friday) Told them we never spoke to them and we're told that the girl wrote it down so it had to be true. I asked why husband was given a time of 10-12 on Wednesday morning when he called they said they didn't know, wouldn't give us a delivery for Thursday or Saturday and even threatened to cancel the purchase because we complained. So we had to cancel our plans to be home for the delivery on Friday. Not even an apology, the customer service failed horribly in our situation and I wouldn't recommend Nason's Appliances. The delivery men however have always been polite, quick, efficient & professional.

My refrigerator wasn’t cooling so I went on line to set up an appointment for repairs. I gave model number and the customer service person came back and said that the unit was 17 years old. He can probably fix it but you be looking at a new compressor for $300-$500. He said that this same went on sale from $1099 to $699 and that I might be better off replacing it at that cost! Wow how refreshing to have a company to look out for your best interest instead of just sending someone out. I bought the new one was delivered today. The delivery people were polite and very careful with everything. I really appreciated their attitude. I am very happy with the company and I am a repeat customer.

Great people to work with. Bought a new washer and dryer prices were great products were in stock and were delivered and installed. Delivery guys were right on time and did a perfect job ran everything after it was hooked up to make sure everything worked and no leaks. Keep up the great work.

Glad I found Nasons & didn't have to deal with the big box stores. It was painless from start to finish. Replacing all my kitchen appliances & they stayed within my budget. Great service & highly recommend!

Very disappointed! Recommended Nason’s to my daughter who then bought their most expensive washer and dryer. The washer broke down after 4 years. Nason’s said there was nothing they would do. Out of warranty. Whirlpool repairman man said it was defective and would cost more to fix than to buy a new one. She’s on her way to Lowes to purchase a new washer.
