I wanted a bag with a printed image and I called this place looking for a bag printed with an image and although they could've done it, it would've took too long to be delivered. The lady I spoke to suggested a printed sticker. I wasn't sure at first how that would turn out. I trusted it and it only took them 3 days to get my order completed! When I went to pick it up they showed me my product before I paid to make sure I was satisfied. I brought in my bags with me to make sure they fit and they needed to cut it a little more to fit perfectly and that was no problem. The lady helped me place one on the bag to make sure they fit and gave me tips on how to put it on correctly and I was highly satisfied. I highly recommend them for printing! Good high quality prints.

Product turned out great, but the CHARGE EXTRA to use a CARD. Wish I would have known BEFORE I came to pick up my order. Would have brought cash or a check. It was an extra $2.50-$3 to use my card which is ridiculous. Who doesn't use card now a days?

I walked in the office and requested a price for poster on my box truck. She took measurements. I asked her to see references of previous jobs they did and how it look. She was too lazy to work to open her screen and show me previous references. She told me to go yo the web dite. Since 6 days i wait my quote. She think i am in holiday? Shame on you fat lazy. I will go do business with professional peoples

I absolutely LOVE the products I get from here, the design team is out of this world. Signs, Decals, banners, business cards, you name it! I’ve never known a print shop that takes care of their customers like print pro does.

Hey guys! This place is so friendly and there customer service is on point. Their staff are super friendly and kind. To wait 20 mins after closing for a special order that was for same day printing is going over and beyond. They dint have to rush it and and make sure I get it same day. But they did! I will continue to do service with the team.

I have always been happy with the quality and professionalism from NWI Printpro. Recently i had a project i had no artwork for and was in a hurry to get done and panicking... And the representative who helped me (Angelina) was extremely patient and helpful far above and beyond what i believe they require, to help get everything done that i needed.
