The facility is not bad. The issue and the reason I only gave two stars is that the company hikes up the rent on a regular basis. I am on my second price hike in the last 9 months. The unit started out reasonable, but it has climbed by $100 twice. It seems like their business model to hook you, move your stuff in and then raise your price until you get fed up and leave. That's what I'm doing now.

So I won a storage auction on 5/15/2025 and tried calling all day have a call log showing about 5-6 calls to this location starting at 10am when I got email stating that I won. Now they give you 72 hours to clean it out. They call 7 hours lattt at about 430pm, little did I know that they want the 100 on plastic but the 150 deposit on plastic as well and that'll be refunded once it is cleaned out. Unfortunately I didn't know that so I couldn't gif him my card. So I start freaking out because there's never been an auction that I forfeited my clean out deposit and didn't have on acct. went to bank and call back the next morning again repeatedly but only left 1 message and nobody calls me back, now mind you I have a bit over 24 hours left to clean this out and I have a full time job where I work 12 hour days both Saturday and Sunday the lack of professionalism here is wild because I can't pay I have minimal in my account because I've been the victim of identity theft and try and only keep money in there when I'm going after a locker or when I pay bills they are making it next to impossible to complete transactions and because it's a unmanned facility I can't just show up and pay there. Just remember ppl if you rent a unit here and need customer service it's hard to come by
Reply to follow up feedback there's nothing on there that deposit needs to be made on plastic outside that u only accept plastic but most facilities accept cash as a cleanout at maybe a sister facility so once I called back the very next day after depositing money still nobody calls back? Like I called Friday probably 4x to try and make full payment including deposit but nobody wants to call back. Lockerfox already charged me a deposit so do I need to make an attempt to get that back or is someone gonna call me so I can clean it out? I've never had this issue to where a facility refuses to return calls or only checks their voicemail once a day and calls back at end of business day

Convenient location but AWFUL customer service and aging facility that has non-functioning elevators and doors. My elderly parents have a 2nd story unit selected due to its proximity to the door and elevator.
The elevator was out of order for a lengthy time requiring those with units in this area of the building to walk quite a distance to access a working elevator.
Now the garage door used to enter the building has been out of order for a couple of months. No other garage doors are accessible which means items can only be removed through a small doorway by the office which isn't wide enough for larger items and that you can't pull your vehicle close to the door for loading. (There are garage doors in the front but they are not able to be opened by tenants. We were told only office staff operates those doors and the office staff has limited hours.)
Customer service is non-existent. The first person we spoke with told us he entered a ticket and they still didn't know what was wrong with the door. The second person, Marcus, flippantly told us that we could just find another door but wouldn't advise on how to access a garage door for loading/unloading large items. Apparently Marcus is the owner because he said even if we come in, he's the ONLY person that we can speak to. We will not be speaking with Marcus.
Maintenance issues are understandable but the complete lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. Push a notification via the app. Provide instructions on alternative access options at the entry point. Being able to walk around the building 24/7/365 is great but not having access to loading docks/bays via garage doors renders that access useless if your goal is to load/unload larger items.
This place seems to change management (leadership?) quite frequently so we'll just hope when the next group comes in they are more focused on maintenance and customer experience.

Constantly increasing prices and lack of security. We (as well as several other's) had our catalytic convertor stolen while storing here. They have virtually no surveillance in the back. I would not store here again.
