The employees are excellent, respectful, and truly care for their customers. They provide great customer service, taking time and effort to be informative, fair, and educational. The establishment has an excellent selection of all different types of coins, rounds, and bars, including items not seen everyday. It is highly recommended as the best place in Northwest Indiana for anyone looking to sell or buy.
Did an order over the phone for a 1 troy silver oz. All of the people I dealt with were extremely polite and professional. Package arrived within 3 business days and was packed very well. This is also the 3rd transaction with Gold Depot, all have been great.
