Not friendly. I keep going there thinking it’s just me, but every time the service is poor and the 4 senior guys (staff) stood in a circle and Duncan’s if I needed assistance. When I went to checkout, I said, “Hi, how are you”. No answer. Not going there again.

Quenton (hope I spelt his name right) was very helpful. He helped find my right size of my screws for my speaker bars. Same for Tom, very friendly too like Quenton.

Terrible store. Rude staff that don’t help you or even know anything. Was cussed out by Todd Norton ( guy that always wears a bandanna). Shop ace , more knowledgeable and better prices.

I love this little hardware store! Always surprises me by stocking things that I need, so I don't have to drive to Merrillville all of the time. Thanks CP True Value!!! You guys ROCK! Staff is always friendly, and helpful as well! Don't dismiss it as an understocked convenience store!

Beware. Twice now I have bought something from this store and the shelf price is lower than what it rings up. They do not honor the shelf price. I think that’s not good business.
