The employees need training in customer service. I was there on 7/3. About 6 people in line and two clerks were there. Only one of the clerks was working a register while the other was scanning packages into a big box.
When I finally got to my turn he didn’t even say hello and while I was scrolling through my Amazon to find the correct QR code for each item, the employee was tapping his fingers on the counter, and then started tapping the scanning gun on the counter, as though I was annoying him. Very rude employees.

Worse ups store I've ever gone to. This was my first time. There was probably a line with about 10 people long. One employee after he took 15 min to upsell another customer just walked away and took a phone call leaving one person helping customers. While waiting in line I was stuck in front of the front window while the sun was beating down on me. Turn up your A/C and get some sun shields for your windows.

Always like 10 people there standing around behind the counter looking miserable and only one person taking customers. Surprisingly moves fast but everyone there obviously hates you for being there lol

Change your store hours on Google and your door etc. says 8:00 a.m. on your door and no one is here at 8:25 with people standing outside waiting. Totally wasted trip
