Wow, I refilled my meds, it was on back order, we went on vacation, while we are gone Mt meds came in, I got the text to come pick it up, I called them told them I couldn't pick it up for a few days, she canceled it, gave it to another person, wow they could not hold my meds for 3 or 4 data, even though I have been waiting for 3 weeks, really. I believe I will have all my prescriptions transferred to CVS, the way you are treated at Walgreens is crazy.

I went into the Walgreens on Randolph November 16th and holy cow the drama I had to listen to. I wanted to scream. The cashier who asked for Thanksgiving off got scheduled days even though she works nights. She had to tell every employee that came within 30 feet. Dang lady can't you wait till break. wait til break

I refuse to come back to this Walgreens after cashier Karen called me a “baby k*ller” for saying prenatal vitamins are overpriced everywhere. I am visibly pregnant. I don’t see political talk appropriate, nor do I see someone calling a customer that as someone who should still be employed.

So frustrating! Rather than shop on Amazon (which is less expensive) I took my phone with a "Sitewide" 20% coupon into the store and asked if I could use it. Keep in mind, even with the coupon, my items were still more expensive, but I wanted to 'shop local'. Without even checking with management, the answer was "no". Also, keep in mind, I have used 'online coupons' in this store in the past. I passed on the (expensive makeup items) and left. Local retail stores need to learn from Customer focused Amazon if they are to retain shoppers. Back at home placing my almost daily order on Amazon.

Extremely rude woman working the drive thru when attempting to pick up an online order.

Smooth, quick, and little waiting. Not too expensive. Makes my day easier to shop there. Especially in pharmacy. The Pharmacist manager (owner?) Is extremely competent, very helpful, and super friendly. Definitely 5 star!. Great job!

Terrible! Not only was I treated like I was diseased and prompted to wear a mask, after discovering the appointment was scheduled at a Walgreens further from where I initially received my first vaccine, I was told to reschedule my appointment myself! Rude staff and not helpful at all. It’s not an organized place not friendly to folks who are trying to be “disease free” lol. Goodbye Walgreens! I’ll take my business elsewhere. Customer service is poor at best!!!!

For years now, I've gotten nothing but top notch service from the staff and managers at this Walgreens. I've never left without a smile on my face. Such nice folks.

I couldn't be happier with the Walgreens on the corner of 109th and Randolph Street. They are absolutely the friendliest most outgoing crew I have ever dealt with. I certainly have a pharmacy for life. I cannot thank them enough for their genuine kindness. Rob M.

If I could give the pharmacist, Kitty, zero stars, I would. She's rude, incompetent, and she lies to stay out of trouble. I tried, for two days, to get my husband's insulin to no avail. She argued with me, said she'd call the doctor then didn't, then lied to the doctor's office about it. In order to finally get the insulin, I had to go to Walgreen's, argue with her, then go from there to the doctor's office and have them call her. When they talked to her, she gave them a completely different reason why there was a problem with the prescription - a reason she NEVER mentioned to me. I finally managed to get the insulin, but only after making two trips to Walgreen's and one trip to the doctor's office. This woman needs to go before she kills someone with her incompetence.

Teresa, the pharmacist has ZERO competence. Instead of educating herself on how to apply a coupon that I have been receiving so my medication is free, she makes up her own rules as to why I can't get it. I have had nothing but problems with this pharmacy time after time. This lady takes the crown in ignorance.
