Very rude on the phone, not helpful in anyway. Bennett's came out to fix our furnace roughly 9 days prior to this post and it is still broken. We called and explained and they didn't send anyone out leaving my elderly grandparents to sit in a freezing home helpless. Called again the following morning and the receptionist had an attitude and explained they all needed a day off and they would consider sending a tech out sometime this week. Thanks Bennett's for making me take time off work to go save my grandparents so you can enjoy another day off. Great business model!!!

There are a lot of choices when picking a company to take on a project for you. Not all of them are the same though. I can tell you that Bennett's stands tall above the others out there. What's most impressive to me about Bennett's is the fact that I have never asked them to do something for me that they haven't been able to do. They clearly have a very experienced crew working for them. From the smallest to the more involved and complicated job, Bennett's does it all. And here's the thing-they always answer the phone, they always get to the job in a remarkably quick manner and they are some of the most honest and trustworthy people you could ask for when working on your project. I highly recommend Bennett's.

I would give negative stars if i could Trent Bennett came out to my house to look at my small bathroom to give me an estimate for a remodel. He assured me he would get back to me within 2 weeks as he knew that others had screwed me over on this project. He also told me he would look for and let me know about purchasing product. Long story short I contacted him about the places to get product I emailed text never got a reply weeks went by I asked him how the progress was going he wouldn't reply so then I called him and he acted like oh uh I'm busy I finally found it on the bottom of the pile I will get started on it this evening when the previous week he had actually told me that he was going to start on it. Trying to be respectful of his time and not blow up I waited given him time he still didn't get a hold of me so now it is almost two months I messaged him and then he blocks me. Tell me what kind of a respectful contractor treats a potential customer that way? doesn't matter if you're busy or not you treat people with respect and don't lie to them like he had multiple times to me
