Just spoke with Amanda with your customer support team, her attitude was very unpleasant and unprofessional. Her delivery of the entire conversation was day blowing… anywho I purchased 2 boots from this company and the sizes are faulty. I even ordered 1 whole size up and 1 a half size up and still same results. This is not ideal as to needing the product for preforming. Not to mention that I would have to return the boots pay return fee and reorder the boots as a whole new order and pay for the outrage shipping. Doing the math here I’ll pay for the shoes two times in shipping alone. Besides that the shipping was ok. It took 1 week. @ 25 dollars it should have been 3 day shipping. I say improve your return policy as to being open to exchanges especially with faulty sizes…

While ordering a mace stoppers for my mace the staff was extremely kind, paicent, and helpful! Ordering online is very easy and items are priced at a very reasonable price. 10/10, from now on I will try to get all of my marching band needs through Band Shoppe!

I made an order last minute on Thursday the 29th and they arrived on Monday the 3rd. Just in time for my 4th of July parade! Everything that I bought was perfect and just as I had seen it in photos. The gloves I bought fit me perfectly and are so comfortable. I appreciate and applaud this company for their speedy delivery.

I made an inquiry of my invoice after placing order that was my lack of understanding. The staff did great on response time in getting back to me also patient with me replying consistently bc I did not understand. Did I feel d*** after, no bc they explained to me exactly how it was did not show any signs of aggravation. Will def continue to order from!

DON'T ORDER UNIFORMS FROM THIS COMPANY!! I was hired at a new school in Texas after the color guard uniforms for the season had already been purchased from Band Shoppe. I had already sworn never to order uniforms from Band Shoppe ever since they messed up uniforms for two consecutive seasons at my last school in Florida. However, this time around, both the band director and the guard instructor who worked over the summer stated that Laurie Sullivan from Band Shoppe told them the uniforms would arrive at the end of September. So, I called Band Shoppe at the end of September to see when the uniforms would be shipped; I was informed they were behind schedule and would not ship the uniforms until Thursday, Oct. 14th. This delay was somewhat understandable since I knew there was a fabric shortage around the country. I then called again on Oct. 14th and spoke with Amanda in Customer Service, who stated the uniforms would now be sent either on Friday the 15th or Monday the 18th. On the 18th, I called to get a tracking number in which Amanda told me that she would have to talk to the Production Department and see where my uniforms were at and call me back. I never received a callback. On Tuesday the 19th, I called and spoke with Andrea, also in Customer Service, and she stated that my uniforms would now be finished and shipped on Wednesday the 20th. I had asked Andrea to email me a tracking number on Wednesday and stated that I needed to make sure we received the uniform by Friday, Oct. 22nd. I did not receive that tracking number until Thursday the 21st, which I immediately looked up and noticed it said "Shipping Label Created," meaning Band Shoppe had yet to send my order. I instantly called the company and spoke with Andrea, inquiring whether I would receive my uniforms on time; the only thing she would tell me is that "they are being expedited." Expedited in shipping terms can mean 1 to 3 days. Later this evening, I looked up the tracking number again, and I will not be receiving my uniforms until Saturday by 7 pm. Since the school is technically closed on Saturday, this means I will not be receiving my order of color guard uniforms until Monday, the 25th, almost one month after our initial estimated shipping date and 10 days after my "Behind Schedule" shipping date. Band Shoppe is terrible with communication when an issue arrives, giving details, and keeping close to their word. Like they could have communicated through email and stated that the uniforms were behind schedule. They also will not admit it is their fault; they will go through all the ways of not taking the blame.

The worst place to order Band equipment! I placed my order June 11th. My order wasn't shipped until June 14th. Haven't heard anything since June 18th and still nothing came! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE IF YOU NEED YOUR PACKAGE ON TIME!

I am still waiting on an order that was placed on 11/21/2020. I have yet to receive the order (1/12/2021). I am on my 4th email to Customer Service with nothing more than, "Keep checking for updates." I understand the post office has been overwhelmed and Band Shoppe has no control over that, but they aren't addressing the issue of I've been waiting for 7 weeks. There comes a point that customer service realizes this is an unreasonable delay and makes restitution.

I emailed them two days ago and they still haven't answered my inquiry about one of their items, even though it says on their website that my email would be answered in at least two days.
