8am delivery. Arrived at 7:45 and out the door empty at 8:25am with paperwork and reciept for the lumper fees. Friendly and fast. Parking lot is angled and small but easy to manage if you take your time. There is a rest area on 64 between exits 57 and 63 going either direction for overnight parking.

Don't pay attention to these crazyReview's. This place is great , yes some times it does take a couple of hours to get empty, but most of these loads are mixed. That being said, they have to break all the pallets down and count everything. This takes time. They DO NOT HAVE OVERNIGHT PARKING. I come here a good bit. There is a Dennys 3 miles up the road. They are limited on space at Winkler. They are firm on appointment times due to space. I always call before I come up here, and most of the time, I get in early. The staff is very polite and professional. I called today I have a 09:30 appointment . I'm at the dock at 07:00 . They are on break until 07:15, and then they will unload me. They deserve more stars.

This place is a joke they have zero respect for drivers they will damage pallets and leave your trailer messed inside. Not to mention a surprise for a lumper fee that they don’t give receipts for! Place is a joke!

Very bad costumer service check in 5 AM for 6:30am appointment they told me to wait on the parking on the front of the building cross the streetthey will come and get me a door tow truck driver came after me they get door right away I went to the office to complain they told me someone else give them a door I have to wait another two hours to get unloaded

Overnight parking and nice service! And you should call ahead to make sure that you have the correct address. They have a new location for frozen and fresh deliveries.

Places too small can't Harley backup a semi into the dock but they did give me some free donuts wow

I could see how some people hate this place, but its not bad! I've been here 2 times & its better than walmart... there is all kinds of parking just down the road by the wendys, the hotel & the old gas station

Nice, polite, efficient, super fast. My truck had hardly bumped the dock when they were back there. Literally, opening the doors and they were there. In and out in 40 minutes and that's only because it took me longer to reach dispatch for a comcheck code than it did to unload. Wouldn't mind coming here again.

Slow slow slow I took a container there for them to unload I had to pay 150 for them to unload it which I believe my company will give me that back got there at 11 a.m. and got out of there at 2:30
