I called the manager on duty because the pump on the shell station would not work. We were in a hurry and had to leave because the pump did not let me fill the tank. I hit the cancel button many times and we left. It never said the card was authorized, but using the shell fuel rewards, I received a reciept of someone using the pump with my card. When I called the manager, she said she would talk to her manager and I would hear back within 24-48 hours because they had it on tape. One week later I called back and had the conversation again and SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Called back and it went to voice mail. I try to always use shell, but will NEVER go to the DALEVILLE, IN station again. I have the receipt that someone else used the pump and received $58.99 from my card. DO NOT USE SHELL IN DALEVILLE, INDIANA.

Bought $34 in gas, and they wanted $0.51 for me to fill my own bottle with ice water. Yeah... No.

Best gasoline price outside Indianapolis near I69/SR67! Unsure why but $0.50 less/gallon including Kroger dime discount. Plenty of gas pumps.

Been stopping here more often since Quik Trip and Wawa built new locations at this exit and have started a price war. $2.68 at all 7 gas stations 6/22/25. Shell, Speedway and McClure give me up to another nickel off for paying cash or having a loyalty card. Cheap gas gets my business. Shell is top tier fuel too. Enjoying the cheaper fuel while it last.

I have shell rewards. This is the only station that I have been to that it never deducted my rewards at the pump. So I only got 3 gallons to make it back home.

Rude, and judgemental. Parked in a handicapp spot and I must not look Handicap even though we don't know what Handicapped is even supposed to look like. Walks past taps on the sign in front of my car, shakes his head walks behind the counter. I wish I could post the picture of my placard I took a picture if for him. A wasted stop as card reader wouldn't read chip and system is setup so you can't use mag strip if card has a chip. Then tried to buy a loaf of bread and Shelf said 2.99. Rang up 3.29. Girl didn't care. Will not stop at this place even if every store is closed in area. Terrible service all around.
