Was shipped wrong order contacted them and they said they would send the correct product. It’s been 2 weeks trying to contact them asking about it and I haven’t gotten any reply or the correct order.

I ordered pistons on on March 7th with priority shipping (1 business day). Two days go buy and I contacted them and they told me that they had to order the pistons from wiseco and never told me they had to do that. Supposedly they got sent the wrong size pistons and 4piston offered to correct the issue. Still waiting for my package to be shipping because they offered to get me a different brand they had in stock. No one will answer the phone, text, or email I have sent out. I am never ordering from them again. Their "good reputation" is a complete understatement and they need to work on their customer service. One of the employees John Is who i talked too. It also seems like he's been the issue with customers by what I have seen with some reviews and people i have talked to.

Customer service is terrible they take priority over certain ppl so you need to be someone because 3k got me nowhere but a long wait with no updates and got ignored at the track was told to call in. I find it convenient for them that they had my motor for 4 months then sent immediately after the event.

Josh from 4 piston and this company has taken away my rights to shop here anyway I could care less I hope I don't have to buy another car part from 4 piston this company is spiteful and this is a place where only hopes and dreams die. I purchased a part from them and called back to cross reference an additional part that was required with the product I bought from them that they sell individual at a marked up price from what you can pay for it at the Honda dealership online websites as a part of what they call an installation kit that for a small fee they will include for a marked up price because I needed the part number for those parts they sent me instructions in a text message here is the message 4 piston sent
