From the ladies at the front desk to the doctors everyone was so kind and caring. Everyone was completely transparent on pricing and procedures, which I highly appreciated. They went above and beyond making sure we were comforted and never rushed while processing our cats passing even though we ended out leaving very close to their closing time. They explained what happened very respectfully and spent a lot of time with us explaining what happened, our options, and what to do next. Our vet explained from personal experience how the animals were treated at their chosen cremation facility which made us feel better about sending him knowing he will be cared for and treated with respect. All of our questions were answered with an amazing level of professionalism but also with care and sympathy.
