Called at 1:30 am to see if they provided ear wax removal candles. The colorful ones, because we are here for equality. Sat on hold long enough to provide me the chance to drink 3 white claws. Then to get the pleasant answer of a sweet young women, in training, might I add. And you ask how I know this? I heard the girl in the back relaying messages telling her what to say. She relayed, very nicely. If you would like to know where you can find these, stay till the end Sadly, we did not catch a name. But she needs a raise. If you're looking for ear wax candles, they are in pharmacy. Edit: they are indeed, in pharmacy.

There was only 2 line registers open with over 15 people on line, while 3 women workers were standing, chatting and laughing. Customers were frustrated impatient to get home.

Normally, employees are friendly at this store. Today, I was really disappointed. When I said hi, I got a smile as they kept walking. There were several people in orange vests, with the pick up department standing around who wouldn't return smiles or even look at you as you walked by. When I checked out, I would put the bags in my cart as she rang them up. At the end, I was paying with my credit card, so there were some bags I hadn't put in my cart yet. Before I could put my credit card back in my wallet and grab the rest of my bags, the young lady started ringing up AND bagging the guy who is behind me. I said I am not done yet. She stopped and just stared at me. I felt rushed. The greeter at the door when I left was the friendliest in the store. The customers, on the other hand, were friendly and helped others if someone needed it.
