Completely incompetent idiots who own and run the place. I’ve been asking to cancel for 3 weeks and they’ve charged my account twice. They are either incredibly lazy or complete morons. Either way if they don’t respond soon I’m taking them to small claims court.

This gym overall is far, far better than their local competitor. The owner is genuine and will discuss any question or concern at any time.

Was an okay gym , but has always been crowded and not very spacious. As of late , machines can be found out of order for extended periods of time despite $25 fees twice a year for “maintenance” added onto my $40 a month. I’ve heard from others that it is difficult to cancel your membership so know what you are signing up for.

This gym is too small and machines are constantly “Out of Order.” They charge a maintenance fee once or twice a year on top of the monthly subscription, and the equipment situation never improves despite the fee.

Horrible! The owner has all kinds of weird rules about gym attendance when you sign up, and cash penalties if you don’t follow his attendance rules. Also very tiny and small.

Closed my account several months ago through the demotte location. Continuously received calls from an automated message about owing a balance. Called anytime (took a week to get a response) assured me there was no balance, was told to ignore it. Now getting calls from a debt collector. No one will answer the phone or is at the facility during the staffed hours.

Since it's the only gym in town it is handy, but it's super small and it feels like you are working out on top each other, or waiting to do sets, or getting moved off a set, it's high monthly cost for a very small small gym and older used equipment, plus there is an extra charge 2x a year to keep the place clean and up to date, yet the equipment is definitely old and worn in, the wifi sometimes works and than sometimes doesn't, so hopefully you have reception there,

Not bad. They have nice equipment. The trainers can take over equipment. They should work to ask if you are using equipment.

United States Military has a special program for service members and Veterans where they can sign up and over 10,000 fitness centers across America participate. I was glad to see this fitness center participated. When I came into the center they told that I was mistaken, that they didn't honor this program. After digging a bit, I found out not that they don't participate, but they were too lazy to figure out how the program worked and told me sorry they didn't participate in the program. Not a great way to honor our active duty military and veterans.
