First off, what kind of pharmacy doesn't have antibiotics on hand? Second of all what kind of idiot sends only one prescription of it to another location when there's TWO NEEDED TO BE FILLED? Hands down the most incompetent pharmacist I've ever seen. Send what the rX is, don't just decide its too much medication when you're too unintelligent to be able to tell its for TWO PRESCRIPTIONS. Will never return here, they are so incompetent it's not even funny. They initially thought I'd just let my child go without medication when they called to tell me they were out and offered no solution until I refused to accept no for an answer. Will never return here. Ever.

Just completed a covid test, tested positive. The PN told me my covid medicine prescription would be ready at this pharmacy. However, when I went to pick it up, the pharmacist said to "come back to the drive thru in 15 to 20 minutes". Not wanting to wait around in the parking lot, I said just phone it in to the CVS on Rte.10, which is 15 to 20 minutes away from Halleck St (and 2 minutes from my house). But now, here it is over an hour later and CVS on RTE. 10 says it will be ready in another hour and a half. The prescription consists of one sealed small box; nothing needs to be counted out. Halleck St. CVS could have just walked over to the shelf, picked it up and handed it to me so I could go home and rest. It would take less time to do that than it did for me to type this. Apparently, protocol is more important than a sick person. Unbelievable!

I had blood work done and was given a flu shot. I also received a phone call the following day with my results. I was very impressed with the speed of my results and also appreciated the phone call.

This CVS use to be good but are getting really bad. They do not keep stuff stocked anymore. If you call to check on prescription, because app is not updated correctly and regular, they say it is ready for pick up and when you arrive they say they dont have it. Service there sucks anymore

The pharmacist Jessica is awful. Rude on the phone. Does not understand that INSURANCE does not dictate treatment, DOCTORS do! Refused to fill a script for T3 even though a patient is willing to pay out of pocket and is experiencing extreme tooth pain from an extraction. This is not our first horrible experience. Shame on CVS for not training their staff properly.

If I could give -stars I would. I absolutely got treated w/the MOST disrespect & absolute rudeness I have ever witnessed in my life because the employees did not know how to fill my prescription properly. They promptly started blaming me for incorrectly paying on the app, then stated "we have to call corporate we don't know how to do our jobs." This all occurred over 20 minute period while I attempted to sit patiently in the drive thru after the employee did not excuse herself & promptly shut the sliding door in my face without saying a word to me. They are the absolute WORST & I will NEVER be returning to the worst CVS I have ever been to in my LIFE. In the future, CVS should teach these ppl how to deal with customers, & also learn to apologize when you are totally incompetent. Lastly, never chastise or blame & don't yell at the customer for your CLEAR lack of abilities to do your job.

This CVS pharmacy is awful. Nothing but problems EVERY single month for my refills. The “app” is confusing as sh**. I know, when my monthly medicine should be done, only to hear, I have zero refills. Calling back on that God forsaken “option” line , THEN, to hear, it was a computer glitch… EVERY SINGLE MONTH!Horrible.. horrible. Took my business somewhere else. And, yep. No, I’m sorry’s. Rude.

Wish I could leave a zero star review for the pharmacy. I have issues every single time I come here. No one informs you of anything, if theres an issue. They wait for you to come back to pick up the prescription to say anything and then make you come back. If this wasnt the only place that takes my insurance id of left this business a long time ago.

Staff appears to not be trained very well. It's pretty bad when the customer has to tell them how to handle getting a script from another pharmacy. Jezz train your employees
