Mr Dennis was my Salesman!!! This was the best experience I have ever had with purchasing a new car. We spoke on Friday, when I arrived on Saturday my car was outside ready for me to test drive.I honestly didn't expect on purchasing the car so briefly, and I appreciate that he isn't a pushy salesman. We have been pricing cars and had some mixed feelings at Carmax. We went to Neil at FieldHouse Chrysler and we’re treated like friends not just customers. He didnt come on strong and didn’t pressure us. He listened to what we wanted and bent over backwards to help us. We only dealt with him through the entire process. It was an amazing experience. We will not go anywhere else. Mind you it is a 50 minute drive but well worth every minute. Kudos to Fieldhouse for having Neil as part of your team! A special thank you to Neil! Meet Bluey!

We drove down from Chicago to purchase a vehicle, the professionalism we received was outstanding. We have purchased multiple vehicles from different dealerships in the past and this was by far the smoothest transaction ever. I would recommend them to everyone. Everyone at Fieldhouse were great and made us feel very comfortable. We came in to purchase a Pacifica and Dennis helped us with the sale. He made everything painless and made sure all our questions were answered that we knew what our options were. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smiling face welcoming me to the dealership. Our rep was friendly and not overbearing or pushy. He (Dave) explained everything and took time to understand my needs. He located the right vehicle for me. He was considerate of my time and worked efficiently to complete our transaction. I have never had such a positive experience at a dealership as I did with Fieldhouse and Dave, as well as the GM Tim. Both made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I will definitely go back and recommend them to friends.

I am very happy with the service I received as soon as I walked in the door. I explained the problem's I was having with my jeep. They got me scheduled the very next day. Got everything taking care of for me. My jeep is running great again. The only issue I had was I called them to check on the status of my vehicle. Possibly me just being impatient but they answered my questions right away and updated me on what was being done to my vehicle at that time. Would recommend others to this establishment. I plan on doing business with them again as a result of the experience I had while there.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Dennis R, and Tim in Finance, this past weekend on a trade-in and it was possibly the best car buying experience I have had in a while. They were polite, transparent, listened, validated, and most importantly treated me as a human being. I didn’t feel pressured for one moment and Dennis went out of his way to find the car that fit my needs. There is truly something special about how Dennis and the management team are running this location.The Store Location:The store is in a nice and Easy access from the highways and local neighborhoods.The Showroom:Probably the best Jeep showroom in the country. Yes, I did say country. Modern simple look and feel. Open glass floor plan. Very nice café area.The Service Center:Yes, this location HAS a service center with some of the smartest, friendliest, hardworking techs in the area. This dealership did an immaculate job on my new vehicle (so no more games with dealers who subcontract services to outside detailers). The key point here is…you can trust this team with your car no matter the model or value.The Staff:All the best sales, service, and management from other car dealers work here. These folks are all car guys/gals who live and breathe Dodge, and Jeep. The amount of talent and professionalism under one roof is amazing!My Conclusion:I highly suggest you take 15 minutes out of your day to stop by, look around, meet the staff, and see what these folks have to offer. I’ll admit I was skeptical at first but was pleasantly surprised and will continue shopping at this store for my next car needs.

David assisted us in the trade in of our 16 Jeep. He was phenomenal. He wasn’t pushy or overbearing trying to make a sale. He was down to earth and realist. Dave was amazing to work with. He went over everything making sure my husband and I understood everything before signing anything. From ordering our Jeep to the very end it was a breeze. Our Jeep was built and ordered within 2 months very awesome!! Great dealership. The mechanics also really know what they are doing!!!
