My daughters account information was used for 4 door dash purchases in California. I have been trying for 3 days to get ahold of their dispute department. They do not answer. The representatives continue to tell me there is nothing they can do and I have to call the dispute center. So.... I sit here on hold..... for hours

Speaking specifically about the fifth third bank in Demotte Indiana, first of all every person that works there is wonderful. Second, my debit card was recently stolen. It is being taken care of by the corporate office but I went into my Fifth Third in DeMotte and was helped by Angela Deyoung. I just want to say that every issue I was concerned about she took care of personally, started me a new account so that my paycheck was available the next morning and even hooked me up with a 360 card so I could access my money and pay bills with it before my new debit card comes in the mail . I couldn’t appreciate it more. Excellent job Angela ??

Can't recommend this bank . Rude employees and they can't explain anything. I had an account that was supposed to have free transfers to other accounts. So I made a transfer and I found a five dollar fee on it. So I called and enquired about this. They said it wasn't a fee ? So I said OK what am I being charged the five dollars for ? They didn't seem to have an answer other then it wasn't a transfer fee. So needless to say I pulled out all my money and closed my account. I went to a bank where they have polite staff who no what they are doing. I wouldn't recommend using this bank it's nothing but a hassle.

Worst place you can goto for a bank. Constantly holding checks, payments take days to update leading to overdrafts. You call to ask for help and assistance and they offer credit cards instead of fixing the problem. Absolutely horrible closing my account today ✌️

Worst bank I have dealt with in a LONG time. Do not waste your time with this bank. I tried to transfer money from my account here to another account at a different bank. Nowhere did they state that there would be a fee for the transfer. Now it has been over a week & I am still waiting to see/find my money!

I have been banking with 53rd bank my entire life, They have been wonderful to my family and they are always so friendly and services are fast and easy. This is by far the best branch to visit for your banking needs.

This Fifth 3rd bank atm machine always has bugs all over the atm screen an keys at night time . The bad part of it I am fighting off bugs to use the atm . I have asked the employee at the bank to do something about it . But they do nothing . I still go an still I am fighting off bugs at the atm . So not good . An another thing I used to go thru the drive up window I don't anymore becouse the employees at the bank take up alot of my time when I am waiting in the drive thru line . They are to busy talking to other customers about there family or friends or what there going to do over the weekend or what problems they have with other people. Such a waist of time the employees need to focus on work not waist other people's time . This bank is so bad . I wouldn't tell other people or friends to open an account here . If I had to give the bank a grade I would give it a big F . This bank will never get a good review from me.

I went into the Fifth Third Bank on Halleck Street in Demotte and wanted to open a checking account with a Direct Deposit from another account that I have. I set at the desk of the lady that opens checking accounts and I had the advertisement that I was sent in the mail stating that a $200.00 cash bonus would be applied to a new account that had a minimum of $100.00 deposit and in addition at least a $100.00 Direct Deposit. The lady (this was on a Saturday Morning, August 9th, 2014) The lady told me that this was not feasible the way I wanted to set it up. I was following all of the rules that they advertised. I ask her to check with her supervisor and call me on Monday August 11th, 2014 and if I was not at home to please leave a message on my voice mail. WELL, today is Thursday and no call from the Bank. I spent my time to go into the bank to set this up and I was applying all of the rules that they Mailed to me advertisement stated, and NO PERSON IN THE BANK IS KIND ENOUGH TO CALL ME AS PROMISED AND EXPLAIN WHY I CANNOT DO THIS?

Great service if you live near the bank. Not too sure about being farther away. They like to take away fees and things like that when there could have been a mistake. Thanks 5/3rd!
