Took a Covid test. I was told I’d receive a text with results within the hour. After waiting a few hours, spent 30 mins trying to get the results. For Covid it forwards you to an 800. If you talk to the stores direct they are rude and say you can come back and check in.Day 2, still no results. What’s rapid about that?

Don't go, they have a sign that says walk ins welcome. We went, the uncaring doctor said she was too busy, even though no one was there. Didn't care our daughter has a double ear infection, wouldn't even be bother to take the five minutes to look at her. She should rethink her job if she doesn't care to help people because she's "too busy".

Don’t bother with an appointment. Waited 45 minutes after mine was scheduled to get called in.

I've used this minute clinic for a variety of services for my kids. All the NP's were knowledgeable, great with my kids, and took their time. I always schedule my appointment online to lessen the wait.

My husband and I have been here several times and we love it. The wait is long sometimes but they get you in the same day which is nice. A regular doctor might take days to get into. Plus you can schedule an appointment online!
