Place is a pull your own part yard. Staff was ok. Place has good parking. Right off Route 10 behind the John Deer. Yard is only organized the first few rows. They take scrap. Prices oddly vary depending on make and year. Elfskins frequents here.It is the Midwest so nothing really rust free. Prices are not posted anywhere as they greatly vary. If you go thier when it is wet out thier is like quick sand thier so wear boots and watch it.Upfront first few rows are orgianized. Trucks in back are not organized and all mixed into eacth other. Most were stripped. Twisted together You have to litterally squeeze between them or jump on them to get to them. Forget getting parts off or dragging them up front. They wanted to charge us $15 for book out of the glove box (they even asked a manger) never in my life. You get them for free or $5 at most. Then $150 for used door and also the hood was $150. Never have I had ever any where paid that much for stuff I pulled off from self service older car yard. I been to many yards in my life too as a car guy. They don't go off other pull a parts prices at all !99% (exects Pauls / Rochester Metals ) of you pull it's ect have set prices for set parts as they only pay limit / set prices for most cars. I been to many and never seen this.Old Paul's wasn't this way but thier prices varied on who you talked to and day / time of the week till months before they sold out then went to fixed prices.Plus all thier cars come in as scrap and older. Not like thier cleaner or newer auction cars. All older and junk.

If I could give a 0 star I would. The DeMotte store is a joke. Went there to get rid of batteries. They close at 5 and the doors were locked at 4:30pm. They unlocked the door and told us that it was too late to turn in the material we had after driving a distance to get there. If your not going to give me the services you offer why are you even open and why is the door locked? Why advertise hours that you're open if you're not gonna be open. This experience was very unprofessional.

Counter guys acted like it was a bother for a customer to ask for a part.No organization in the yard WHATSOEVER.Parts that might have been saleable were damaged when vehicles were pushed into each other.Really miss Paul Schaeffer behind the counter up north.

Horrible service. They expect you to drive your vehicle into a mud hole filled with flat tires and dump. Find another place and there is many out there. Staff don't gas about the flats they cause.
