I called to see if they would be able to come out to my home to cut my mother's hair. She is basically housebound and has a difficult time getting out. The lady on the phone sounded short and rude with me. I actually had to end the call short because I was getting stressed out even talking to her. I didn't catch her name but she sounded like an older lady. Very rude and will never come to this place

I asked for layers and curtain bangs and i said specifically to not cut the bottom layer because i did not want to loose any length of my longgg hair. when the lady was done my hair was just passed my shoulder. she cut off so much of my hair. and there was no layers. also one of my bangs was longer than the other. i have been crying over my hair all week

I asked for like two inches cut off, the lady cut it way too short. It is very uneven and I'm still trying to fix it. While yes the lady was very kind sue does not know what she is doing.
