Josh helped my teenage son with thoracic kyphosis. He started training with Josh with a measurement of 64-67 degrees of kyphosis. Josh taught him to strengthen his spinal muscles and core and we believe it has been a great success. His latest measurement showed 50 degrees of kyphosis and most importantly Ryan has much less back pain! Thank you so much Josh!
