November 2022 by Charles L.
I had an ABS light flashing on my auto. This issue occurred in early 2021 and I took it to Wiers for repair and they conducted a diagnosis test and repaired the issue. The diagnosis fees were put towards the repair cost. In late 2021 light came on again. I only drove the car approximately 1,000 miles. I put car in storage and planned on taking car back to Wiers in 2022 when I got car out of storage. Granted this car is a year 2000 and only has 22,000 miles. I took the car back in this October 2022 prior to putting it back into storage for the winter months. And once again had a diagnostic performed on the vehicle. Wiers informed that it was a different code but was associated with the ABS light. I asked to have it repaired. Wiers informed me that the part was no longer available and they could not fix the ABS light issue but would still be charging me the diagonstic fee. I had two other repairs that were noticed during the 14 point inspection conducted this visit. Engine belts and rear end seal. I ask if they could apply the portion of the diagnostic fee towards the rear end seal and the belt replacement. The service technician I spoke with said no. This diagnostic fee can only be applied to the ABS issue that we cannot repair. I said OK, I'll be there Saturday to pick up car. When I got there on Saturday I paid the diagnostic fees and went out to car to drive home. Car would not start. I went back inside and spoke with service technician and showed him my 14 point inspection report where supposedly the Battery was checked during the 14 point inspection. The inspection report stated nothing wrong with the Battery. I called my ride to come back and get me then asked for the owners contact information. I call the owner on Monday and explained my concerns with his operations. At this point I did not have any confidence in his facilities skills in automotive repair. 1. Couldn't make the ABS repair. 2. 14 point inspection said battery was good. When I went to pick up car would not start. 3. Not transferring diagnostic fee to other repairs. 4. Did they fix the right issue the first time they repaired the ABS light issue in 2021? He stated that technician did not do the battery check per Standard Operating procedures because it would of taken to long so since the car started technician assumed that battery was good. Also he said he would not apply any diagnostic charges to my car repairs that were needed. Then he asked me "why there were jumper cables in my car"? I responded "I keep jumper cables in all my cars". He was avoiding the fact that his technicians did not complete the battery check per policy. This was a very disturbing conversation. I ended it with i'll be there this Friday to pick up car. On Friday I picked up car and put it back in storage. Make sure to ask question when you go to Wiers to have your car looked at. I spent quite a bit of money and time and all I got were excuses and grief. Looking back I have no confidence that the car was repaired correctly the first visit in 2021. Especially after cutting corners on the 14 point inspection. Customer service and the car technicians definitely need to be coached as well as the owner. I left him with this "Penny wise Pound foolish". I have three Chevys and will never buy one again.

We bought our used 2017 Chevy Traverse from Wiers last year. I have to say that this was hands down the best car buying experience we have ever had. We have been to many dealerships and those experiences just can’t live up to Wiers. I don’t think we’ll ever buy a vehicle anywhere else and we recommend them to our family and friends. The biggest difference is the LOW pressure from the sales staff. No trying to talk to you into anything. Allowed us to test drive alone so we could talk without a salesman in the back seat. No pressure during finance. They asked ONE time if we wanted GAP protection, we said no thanks, and that was it. Our previous car was brought from a dealer that hammered us and would not let up, giving us the whole “it’s only the cost of two cups of Starbucks a month” spiel. Our car has had zero issues after a year and a half. We are considering upgrading to a 3/4 ton truck within the next couple years and will be back!

Completed a long distance sale with the help of Jason. Great guy to work with. It took a while to get things done because of things out of the dealerships control but Jason, Joe, and Shawn kept me informed on everything.

My car buying experience with Wiers was excellent. I worked with Josh, it was all through text and email, I never had to go into the dealership. He was always quick to respond and was very easy to work with, very professional throughout. The only time I had to leave my house was to go outside and sign the paperwork for the purchase. I would definitely recommend working with Josh and Wiers.

I had been to multiple dealerships trying to find a new vehicle. My credit wasn’t great so the offers I was getting were either terrible, or the dealerships wouldn’t work with me at all. Wiers Chevrolet reached out to me and were very kind and.willing to help! Joe and Josh are two of the representatives I worked with and both were great!! The finance department was also an enormous help! I had been haggling with other dealerships for days without any success, but at Wiers, we had a deal in less than a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend this dealership!! Thanks Joe and Josh!

these people terrible people to deal with .. i bought a truck online and would not accept the offer even after the deal was done ..stay away from these people .. you will lose .. they done honor there online deals .. even though they ran my credit and asked me to finalize the proposal. They even set a pickup date . When I called they said the software was not calculating correctly? If you know this why would take it out of service? I buy stuff on Amazon and they don't raise the price ..
