My used car buying experience at Weirs Chevrolet was excellent! Callie and the sales team at Weirs were all no hassle and went out of their way to make everything as seamless as possible. Paperwork was all completed online and Callie even delivered the car directly to my house for my convenience and to my son’s surprise! Thank you Weirs!!

Excellent service, I can’t even tell you how many auto places I went in Chicago and they tried to take advantage by adding so many insignificant things. I travel 2 hrs to meet John Palermo, he was so helpful very kind and honest. He helped us get the truck we wanted good warranty explained everything to detail we appreciate you John Palermo and also Josh for all his help!

Wiers has been amazing! I told them all of my troubles with trying to find the right car and without hesitation, they did just that. There was no rushing and John and Don were very honest with me. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle here!

No sour grapes here. I purchased a 5 year old used Ram 1500 truck here and it looks and drives like brand new. I was able to trade in my old car too. The transaction was very smooth. No pressure sales tactics and no grief or anxiety. My wife and I were treated with respect.They were courteous, friendly, helpful, and patient. Hats off to John Mercer(salesman) and Jason(sales manager) at Wiers Chevrolet for making my purchase happen. "Excellence in Service" I had no reason to go anywhere else. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Johnny Palermo was EXTREMELY helpful getting us into our new-to-us car. Jason Boone was the best at communications via e-mail, as we drove from Indy. Johnny got us all taken care of. It was a really great experience.

Heard good things about Wiers from a friend, drive down to check them out myself. Great experience, all staff were very professional and pleasant to work with. John Palermo was my salesman. He was very respectful and well mannered, not pushy or overbearing. I highly recommend this dealer!

This was by far one of the easiest car buying experiences I have had. Johnny and Jason had all the paperwork pulled up ahead of time, were not pushy with added packages, and were all around professional, kind, and easy to work with. I will be keeping them in mind when looking at other EVs in the future.

He was incredibly helpful and responsive before our visit through email, and there was no pressure when we came to look at vehicles. We were very happy with the whole process.

Worked basically with Jason. Friendly, no pressure, upfront respectful experience. Not the flippant, cavalier attitudes received when looking at the larger dealers. We bought a 2023 GMC pickup and felt great about the whole transaction. Fair trade and good price.

I can’t tell you enough good things about Wiers Chevrolet and Josh Tulaski! I had very specific features I wanted in my next truck and they had the ONLY truck in the country that met those conditions. Living in North Carolina, I was nervous about working with a dealership having never seen or driven the truck. Josh was extremely thorough in sending me photos and videos of the truck to make sure that I was aware of EVERYTHING on the truck. His transparency gave me confidence in putting down a deposit and then flying up to finalize the transaction. The dealership driver was professional and personable from the airport to the dealership. They took great care of me and I am absolutely THRILLED with my truck. I wouldn’t hesitate at all to buy another vehicle through them. Great job Josh and Wiers Chevrolet! Now I get to work on blacking it out!

My wife and I have been in the market for several months for a safe and reliable car as our first family vehicle after the birth of our twins last year.After a negative experience at a dealer close to us, we were looking elsewhere to find better customer service and interaction with our salesperson.We were fortunate to find Wiers in DeMotte, and it was worth the drive for us, as the service we received was exceptional from start to finish.Johnny Palermo was our salesman- and from the beginning of our interaction was courteous and kind. We had our twin babies with us, and he was very accommodating to us, going as far as to offer to help carry items, even getting a fan from another office to help the babies stay cool.We feel that the price on our car (Honda CR V) was fair as listed, and the service we received was worth our 40 minute drive to do business at Wiers.If you are looking for a similar experience, I can recommend Wiers Chevrolet and Johnny Palermo. They will be our first choice when we are looking for our next vehicle.

We stopped by to look at a certain vehicle and we were greeted with respect and they answered all our questions. We took the car for a test drive and we liked it and getting the paperwork done was easy. We took the car home that day.
