My mother bought an suv from here a 2018 Buick and within the first 3 months a light came on the dash, she took it back to the dealership to check out and was told her Catalytic converter and it was going to be at least $2,000 to fix it. I took it to my mechanic and $30 later the problem was solved good to see them really looking out for your community including the older ones.

Stopped by without an appointment and Johnny P. was able to help us find a vehicle. He was very patient and helpful.

We search many local dealerships and the service lacked professionalism, empathy and knowledge. We decided to extend our reach beyond our locals and placed a call to Mike at Wiers! His tone, expertise and knowledge as impeccable. He extended himself beyond our expectations. We ultimately purchased the same day! We highly recommend Wiers Dealership.

Had an oil change and tires rotated it didn’t take very long and it was all explained to me plus you get a break down of all they did to your vehicle. Would highly recommend them.

The service department was very professional and friendly. Brandi took the time to explain some items on my cardio vehicle report and answered any questions I had.

I came from out of town to test drive a car during a set appointment and not only was the car was dirty, but the sales rep couldn’t answer my questions about relatively basic features. I was told I’d have to look it up. Afterwards, I disclosed I wouldn’t be financing with them and I was essentially ignored from that point forward. The service was extremely disappointing. I would highly recommend going somewhere else.

A vehicle we wanted was sold out from under us by a senior salesperson. These unethical jerks screw the customer and their fellow employees. Would have loved to have shopped locally and helped get our very nice salesperson a good commission, but cannot support a business that allows this kind of behavior UPDATE: In response to Weirs response...is it also your policy to not let other interested parties (who had an APPOINTMENT to come in to start the sales paperwork) know that you had sold the vehicle but instead have them drive all the way to your dealership and spring it on them then? I stand by my original post.

Do not take your vehicle here. They will charge you ridiculous prices and for diagnostic fees ($253) when you have already told them something needs to be replaced. I was charged $381 for a repair that cost $118 with labor.

Amazing dealership! I bought a car from here a few months ago. I drove from Chicago after being treated terribly at quite a few dealerships in Chicago, surrounding suburbs and northwest Indiana. The entire experience was nice, almost enjoyable. Today was my first experience with the service department for an oil change that was included in my purchase and they were also extremely nice. I wish I lived closer. I would only use this service department!!!! For the record, not a MAGA hat in sight either time. Everyone was dressed and acted professionally. It was a pleasure to do business here!

Excellent customer service! Johnny Palermo is the best salesperson. We have purchased several vehicles other places and he was by far, top notch. Johnny sent us a video of all the features about the car prior to us looking at the vehicle in person. The day we went to look at the car he had it pulled up and ready. Answered any and all questions. Not your average salesman...but better! No pressure, no hassle, in and out in less than 1.5hrs. Go see Johnny P for all your vehicle needs! You will be just as impressed. Love my Chevy Cruze. Thank you, The Parrys.

This dealership is disgusting and the employees are pure scum bag racist. I drove here from Chicago to purchase a vehicle they said they had ready for me and when U got there the l**** finance manager tells me the cars been sold but we have plenty other cars. They walk around making racist jokes with MAGA hats on. Pure miserable losers in the middle of the boondocks. One lady that worked there asked me what If i was a Muslim and she hoped I was not. Lol. They all look like weirdos so I jumped in my truck and got outta this poophole of a dealer.

I have never had a bad experience at Wiers. They are the best dealership I've ever dealt with. No matter what I've been there for...a purchase, questions or service they are amazing.

I Purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado and was told by salesman John Mercer it had remote start. Then I was given key fob with remote start. When I was leaving the dealership I asked John Mercer how to use remote start. He said he couldn't get it to work? I had already paid for the vehicle and I left to meet my family for lunch. I called back and was told the truck didn't have remote start. John told me he would talk to his manager about the situation. I called back to speak with manager Don Vanderwall. Don told me that John never told me it had remote start. I asked Don Vanderwall if John Mercer was an honest person? Don Vanderwall responded Yes. I then asked him to walk across the dealership and ask John Mercer if he told me it had remote start. He refused! I told him I have printed advertisement from them stating it had remote start. Don Vanderwall said he didn't care what the advertising said! I asked manager Don Vanderwall what he would do to remedy the situation? His response....nothing. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service and satisfaction at Wiers Chevrolet Demotte.
