Store manager was extremely helpful after an online order promotional item was cancelled. He assured me that he would make it right, he just needed some time to talk to the appropriate people. After a few weeks he had everything fixed and got us the product we were supposed to get.

I would love to give this 5 stars but right up front they are selling froggy lair which is small tank with two dwarf frogs in it. I've kept these for many years and the tanks they sell are extremely too small for one let alone 2 frogs. Outside of that the store is great.

I bought some bird feed there in the winter, and I noticed the birds weren't eating it. It was dusty when I dumped it in my container , but didn't think to much of it, and then I noticed it had turned moldy! So when I called they said they couldn't do anything about it as there was a 30 day policy. I think that stinks! The guy in customer service wouldn't even offer a discount if I came back and bought more. Well, never again Decatur Ace Hardware.
