I went into the store instead of trying to trade in my phone online specifically because the back glass was cracked so I wanted to ask beforehand to check if I would still get a good trade in value with the up to $1000 off deal going on. I specifically asked and was told I would. So Tim starts going through all the things and adds insurance and the upgrade early option that you have to pay extra for both every month without even asking me if I wanted them. After, I was charged $200 for a case, a screen protector and a separate charging brick I didnt even ask for, they just stack stuff up and try to convince you to buy more things. But I was like whatever, I had already been there an hour for some reason and just wanted to go home. So I bring the old phone home to get all my stuff switched over, come back at a later date to bring the wiped phone back in and they say OK cool, the trade in value for your phone is only $145.
So not only did I waste a ridiculous amount of money and time for no reason, it felt like I was straight up scammed. If he would have been honest with me at the beginning when I asked about it I would have just paid to fix my phone and then traded it in, but instead someone wanted commission right now and basically lied to my face.
Terrible time, awful experience for the only time ive done it in store so Im never doing that again.

Mathew was awesome. I accidentally hit the wrong button. It would be great if all people were as helpful and chill as him. Had a long wait because of the iPhone download so we talked. Great dude.

I went into Decatur ATT. And Tim H greeted me. And was very happy to help me. He helped switch my phone system over to ATT. And he was very polite and answered all my questions with this. He made all the switching very easy to understand. Thanks Tim

First time I went, they tried to convince me not to upgrade my phone. The second time (after driving out of my way to go and upgrade) they told me it was too late to help me and that I had to call a number. Don’t come to this store they are dismissive and unhelpful.
