“I was waiting in Krogers Parking lot. The temperature about 19° and very windy. I also had 2 windows down. My battery decided to quit!!!! After several phone calls, someone suggested I should call O'Reilly. They came and jumped the battery at no cost. After driving a for about 25 miles, I went back to O'Reilly, and they checked the viability of my battery at no charge. They sell batteries there,but unfortunately, they do not install them. I was hoping I could return their kindness by purchasing a new battery. Thank you very much!!!”

“I recently purchased a 2011 C6 Corvette convertible base model in 3LT trim and a manual transmission.
I noticed it has a LPE Lingenfelter Corsa exhaust system on her.
And she sounds fantastic!
So I was curious to get any information about this system and had posted in a forum for Base C6 Corvettes.
Well to my pleasant surprise, a representative from Lingenfelter reached out to me.
Her name is Maggie, and was so helpful.
Mind you, I was not looking to purchase, all I wanted was some technical information about a exhaust system that I know nothing about.
Maggie had sent me information, diagrams and was just so helpful.
I've been dealing with cars for over 50 years. And never has a merchant been so incredibly helpful to me, especially since it did not involve a purchase.
If anyone has any desire for performance parts for their cars, I would whole heartily recommend you contact Lingenfelder.
Truly one of the best customer service companies that I have ever dealt with.

“These guys are absolute life savers. I was making a 300 mile road trip when I blew a tire about 20 miles from this shop on a Friday night, 25 minutes before they closed. They were the only store open around within 60 miles and when I called, they walked me through what I could do myself to help my tire in a clear manner. These guys then kept the store open late for me to being my car in to fix my tire. I offered them money out of my pocket and they refused it. I only paid $15 to get out of a potentially weekend ruining situation because the three guys on duty, Jeremy, Adam, and I believe the third guy's name was Jason, helped me when no else could or would. These are some high-character individuals who are deserving of a raise or at least a bonus for outstanding work and kindness to sacrifice some of their Friday to help someone in need. This was on Friday, June 27th around 7:15 PM.
I also should mention, their tire patch was fast (10 minutes) and works perfect; I have had no issues since.
I would be happy to blow out my tire in the Decatur area again.”
