My wife and I finally got a chance to get out of town (Westerville, OH) for a few days when our engine started sputtering. Pulled into Craig’s, he diagnosed the coil problem in Cylinder#3, ordered the part and in less than an hour had us on our way. More than competent and professional, he and Janelle made our week a reality. If I lived anywhere near Decatur, Craig’s would be the only place I’d use.Pricing was more than fair. His knowledge and experience was invaluable. Thank you. I still owe you an Amish pie.

My car was in bad bad bad shape! I drove it there, and they were more than wonderful. They made sure it was safe and back to where I could drive again! They were honest, and provided the best service! Thanks for all you done for me yesterday! I appreciate it! And will be back!

The Best. Craig's Auto has been my go-to for all things mechanical and vehicle related for over 10 years. I wish I could move them south. They are, without a doubt, the best. Honest. Thorough. I have been using Craig's for awhile now, after moving to Berne and trying 4 other mechanics. this is the place to go I am torn to leave this review because I don't want to share them, they are the best. but if you need work done at a good price give them a call. oh and their quotes are very accurate as compared to any other place I have found. thanks for all you do see you Tuesday
