I went into this buisness to have a problem resolved with my phone. I was made to feel stupid and left without the problem being fixed. They even sold me a cover that did not fit my phone and when I realized it, they would not refund and give me the correct one. I will not be going back to this buisness.

I did a bridge pay and when I went to pay it off I thought it was paid off. A week later my phone was shut off. I go to Fort Wayne off of state and they advised me that because I paid it off in Decatur I had to go there for them to resolve the issue. Because it was a different district fort Wayne's office was restricted. They call the manager Brittany in Decatur and gave her a heads up I was coming. I go in there was respectful until she said there was nothing she could do. Which I knew she could because I was already informed what she could have done. She didn't even call her DM. She didn't call their help desk(which I know for a fact they have) no one. Refused to help and I even asked why she wouldn't call anyone to help resolve the issue. I did call her out on this. Cricket corporate does know about this issue and I hope they do something about Brittany. She was rude and disrespectful and very much not customer service. She is making Decatur store look VERY VERY bad. Jason should be the manager NOT her. He is the only reason I would go back for the right and proper service. Cooperate I truly hope you do something about the rudest manager I have ever encountered. I have been working in customer service for 8yrs now and this is NOT the way you treat customers at all.

The manager is rude. Everything I go in there she acts like I'm an inconvenience or interrupted something. I refuse to deal with Brittany Flesher anymore. I will drive to fort wayne or bluffton.

I’m only putting a star on this because I have to. I’ve been a customer for years never had an issue till Friday when brittany verbally attacked my elderly grandmother for coming in to many times and she walked her out telling her to never come back or she would call the police and have her arrested if she ever did so. This is not the first time this has happened to an elderly person! Pull the cameras and if they don’t work I suggest getting some that do. Contact news Channel maybe this Brittany lady shouldn’t be working with the public!

when I was in the Decatur store, I went in to ask for help with my phone,I am 65 years old.and handicapped. The girl Brittany told me I was in the store too much asking for help and accused me of just coming in there to look at her breast. Not the word she actually used, I'm trying to be respectful to the company in my comment.She made rude remarks about my handicap and told me to never come back to the store again. I have been cricket customer for 5 years. I have never experienced that kind of customer service before. I'm a senior citizen Nobody deserves that kind of treatment.

The 4 unlimited lines for $100 is very good, had it for years. We looked up phone prices online before we went in and the store prices do not match the prices they have online.
