Fast busy signal no matter what number you call. Sounds like they have gone out of business. Do not buy any of their products. No support or any way to get parts

TERRIBLE!!!!!! Every number I tried to call was numerous voice mails. I left my number several times during supposed business hours and NEVER got a call back. Spend over 100K and they drop you once a sale is made.

The quality of the coach is par, not using high quality components, but what really gets this rating is their oversight and lack of communication when a problem presents itself.

Called parts department to get a extra set of keys for are 2015 Fleetwood Excursion 35e. Was waiting on the phone from 10:30am to 11:30am (at this point REV cuts of phones for lunch) Left a message to have someone call us back. Never received that call.

My husband and I recently bought a used 2006 Fleetwood Providence 39S motorhome. It's been 10 years since we've owned one, and we were having a power problem after trying to connect to AC power at the house - my husband Bob called Fleetwood and got hooked up with Shane, who not only spent time helping him troubleshoot, but returned calls quickly and was overall very awesome to work with! It's nice to know we chose a product who's manufacturer's staff go out of their way to help on a 13 year old unit! Thanks Shane!

we bought a 2017 Fleetwood pace arrow 35E. When we picked it up at the dealership General RV in Wixom Michigan they rush you through everything so you really don't get time to inspect the coach. Upon bringing the coach home we found the rear slide was off about an inch and a half to 2 inches

we bought a 2017 Fleetwood pace arrow 35E. When we picked it up at the dealership General RV in Wixom Michigan they rush you through everything so you really don't get time to inspect the coach. Upon bringing the coach home we found the rear slide was off about an inch and a half to 2 inches One of the Outside compartments is leaking we've had it fixed three times hopefully this time it is fixed properly. There is a board on the wall by the kitchen slide that is supposed to be magnetic. I had to call the factory to find out what this board was because it was not magnetic it's not a chalkboard and nobody could tell me what it was. I finally talk to a technician who found the spec sheet and told me it's supposed to be magnetic. When we took it to the dealership to have some other work done we asked them to get this fixed. It took Fleetwood four months to send something to fix it and it's not even being fixed properly because they would have to take the rig a part to fix it properly because it wasn't fixed properly at the factory. I do not know how this got passed inspection. The bedroom door continually falls off track. The lack of use of storage is horrible at the front of the rig. Wires are left hanging when there could be space utilize for storage in the front . fleetwood really needs revamp their Quality department because they don't have a clue what they are doing. We bought this rug because it was in the price range of what we could afford but Fleetwoods dropping the ball and not paying attention to quality and design

Had a great factory tour. Saw Fleetwoods and American Coaches being built from beginning to finished coaches. Absolutely a fascinating process. All of the REV staff were top notch. Only draw back was we didn't see any Monaco on the production line but was told the American and Monaco coaches are pretty much the same. Do yourself a favor and take this tour. You will learn alot about their process. TWO THUMBS UP!!!!

Everything about the experience was excellent. We were picked up on time both days. We had 10 items to work on. Two technicians worked on our coach and were very efficient in completing the items. I was impressed that they went back and double checked all their work to make sure it had been done right and well.
