Always being unprofessional as well as messing up important numbers, that can get myself and my business in a whole lot of trouble. Messed up a ssi number, and she claimed to fix it after I came back an hour after filling and finding out myself. Waited for my refund for 21 days to find out she never filed a 1040 amended refund since she messed up a ssi number. Completely unprofessional! I contacted them back due to the issue I got absolutely nowhere and no help. I had to contact the irs and took me over 2 hours to fix something that shouldn't have had to be fixed, especially paying a high fee just for a tax pro, not a professional!

Do not recommend filing here. I tried filling my taxes for 2023 and walking in the door with the customer service that was presented to me I already felt it was going to be a mistake but not listening to my instincts I proceeded. I was greeted to the agents desk and we started to file, I had my 2year old daughter with me and she was on my phone. The woman started asking me questions and some of them I did not know, so throughout the process of me not knowing some of the answers and occasionally my daughter laughing at the cartoons the agent continuously kept putting her hand on the top of her forehead and shook her head back and fourth huffing and puffing (sighing) after about 45 minutes so told me that her next appointment was soon to arrive and they have a no kids policy if I had someone to watch my daughter , explaining I am not from this area and do not have resources she repeated what she previously said about the no kids policy. I do understand kids can be a distraction but there is always a way to handle situations instead of being rude. My daughter was not running around the business nor yelling or screaming she was occupied by the cartoon she was watching sitting quitely. she was very very unprofessional needs more personal one on one training on customer service. Leaving the office I began to get emotional in my car and was in disbelief on how the situation was handled. Between relocating being a single mother trying to handle my priorities she made it uncomfortable and to a certain extent i felt disrespected. I would never recommend this specific location. Customer service is very important you never know anyone’s background and where they come from nor the reasons so it is very important to be professional as soon as you walk into your work door. Anything you say can have an impact on someone either for the positive or the negative.

I like how she explains things and doesn't fly through the process. Stops to answer questions and asks if i have any questions throughout the process. Very polite, and even though wearing a mask, you can still tell she had a smile. It just makes you feel comfortable. Thank you so much. See you next year.

My husband and I have been going there for years. Yesterday my son, his wife and our two grandchildren walked in for an appointment there and the staff was exceedingly rude to them. First, they were chastised for not having on masks (last year, no requirement to do so...what changed?). Then, instead of quietly and politely informing them that their children weren't allowed to be there, they were loud and rude about it. My son is a non confrontational kind of soul. He just left and is making an appointment elsewhere. Guess what? I am not such a person. I will tell EVERYONE I know of the treatment they received. My husband and I are no longer customers. I realize that this office is locally owned. It pains me to not support it. But you must be careful of how you treat your customers.
