Whoever the lady that was working in the floral department on mother's day. You are the MVP!! She helped me cut the flowers down that I purchased for my mother. I needed a vase and she went and dug through several boxes to find me the right vase. That lady is going to have a day today and I appreciate the help!

We always look for Kroger when we're traveling because they are great for finding healthy food options on the road, often have clean bathrooms and they're clean, safe places to shop and stretch your legs. This Kroger is a bit different because you have to go into their back room/ stock room to get to the public bathrooms.
The employees we spoke with were friendly and helpful, though the first one didn't fully explain how to find the bathrooms. She just said go down aisle 19.
The store is clean and well stocked.

This is an older store and that is no excuse for not keeping it in nicer condition. The store never seems to be really clean and it is not stocked very well, but since it is the only grocery store around we really have no choice.

Great deals and specials . Check out reduced section for really cheap, sometimes gourmet items.
Produce occasionally has random shortages of popular items.
Management needs to adopt rules limiting purchase of deli fried chicken. All orders for more than 2 chickens must be called in ahead. I wanted some Friday but one person bought one whole batch 6-9 chickens and wiped them out. I was very disappointed.

I call this sad Kroger. I am used to shopping in the Columbus area stores - and even the St Marys store is much nicer, larger and has a better selection of products. Living close to the Indiana/Ohio line it can be a toss up as to whether I go east or west for groceries - sometimes other errands determine my direction. I know if I want everything on my list I better stay in Ohio. I also just recently learned that loading savings onto my Kroger card don’t always match up between states.

Very good shopping day today. The gal working the deli counter was so upbeat, so helpful, and such a wonderful person to talk to. It is amazing to me how one person's sunshine can light up your whole day. We lost our uncle late last night and the whole day today has been gray. Then all of a sudden the right person crosses your path and puts a smile on your face. So grateful for the little things. So grateful that my wife and I stop by Kroger today. So grateful that Kroger had just the right person there today. Seeing we had lost our smile and so willing to give us hers. Sometimes the smallest things can make the biggest difference. Feeling very grateful!!!

I was pleasantly surprised to find out the Kroger Bakery has has gluten-free options in their bakery. They offer a moist rich gluten-free chocolate cake that was delicious! I am highly sensitive to gluten and I have not had any indication of cross contamination with their cakes.
