Shop local. Family owned and operated. The Ridge company Napa goes the extra mile.

Pricing is a lot higher than expected. Very slow on helping walk in customers. Probably won't be back

The service was very slow, I stood around inside the store for three or four minutes before somebody finally acknowledged I existed. $30 higher for the same part then the competition in town, even the same brand. No price matching! And we have a business account, we won't be back.

Ever wonder why hardly anybody uses Napa. It's because Ridge Napa came in and kicked a small family owned Napa out that had been here for 50 years so they could move in. Nothing but greed. This store will be closed in 2 years.

A lot higher than everybody else in town. Customer service is terrible. As a woman walking in, I don't like to be talked to like I'm stupid. Store manager needs an attitude check. Went across the street and got better service.

Walked in and waited for somebody to help me. Had two individuals look me dead in the face and didn't even acknowledge me. Didn't say we'll be right with you or anything. Walked around the store for another three or four minutes, and still nobody asked me if I needed help. I ended up walking out.
