I dropped off my AC Tradition early August. When I returned at the end of the week, all items were fixed and the coach was ready to go. I appreciate Robert, David and the tech team taking care of the warranty issues. With all of the complexities of the coaches, the frustration level can be high for all involved. My experience is that all of the manufacturers have production issues. The team at REV RV Service Center has always done an admirable job of addressing the issues and solving them with a great attitude. Thank you REV Team Decatur.

We didn't have an appointment, so we were a walk-in. They took anyone with an appointment first. So we sat there for five days, and then they did an assessment on our motorhome . Then, three days later, they took our motorhome in and fixed the problem. We had to have 6 of eight rollers on the full slide out replaced. You do have electricity to plug into, and you do have your motorhome to sleep in at night. They were down on tech worker's . They need to learn how to work none appointment people to get them out also. Our motorhome was fixed, and we we're satisfied with the tech who fixed it good work. Remember, they dont work on the weekends, so all together after two weeks, we left happy to go to our next campground. ( REMEMBER MAKE APPT BEFORE GOING THEIR).

I've had great experiences everytime I go to Rev Decatur. I like that you schedule an appointment and they work on Rig day its scheduled to diagnose and fix issues. John , Ron and all the staff have always been helpful and fair $

The tech was great the way they handle their desk leave a lot to be desired, no one out there when you walk in. Then if your expecting up dates forget even if you call. If it wasn't for the excellent work preformed I wouldn't go back

Our 4th time at REV, this time was just annual maintenance. They were great as usual, Earl was our tech, he is very knowledgeable and efficient!! Thanks Earl.

Best service experience ever!! Earl was our tech and he was FANTISTIC to work with. After 4 trips and 8 weeks in the shop at the dealer, Earl fixed it in 5 hours. Dealers have no idea what they are doing if you want it fixed right and fast come here.

Not what some YouTubers posted on their videos.
Not a full hookup as said, if you have to stay when your coach is being repaired only electricity. Sewer and water are located behind the building in an unpaved area, so expect your feet to get dirty, specially in a raining winter day.
Some of the repair was not done as factory standards, some has to be finalized by me after parts were sent to my home after we left since they didn’t have them in stock.
The factory is not there, contrary to my expectations, this is a service department that has a parts department located a few miles away.
Only difference with any dealership service is that don’t have to wait for the warranty repairs to be approved.
The service advisor, only one, has an unfriendly attitude, and actually was layoff last week.
Got my appointment 9 months in advance, drove 1400 miles each way, some repairs were not completed to my satisfaction, nor factory standards.
I made the mistake to plan my trip to REV based on some videos on YouTube that are far from reality, I should have stay in a hotel during that week.
6 am your coach goes in, 1.30 or 2 pm they take it back outside.
Lobby is nice, staff is absent at the front desk, need to ring a bell and wait for help, they seemed to be bothered when you call them.
Conclusion? another service department with a nice lounge in the middle of Indiana.
Oh, and factory tours were canceled until …

Seems to be a first class repair facility. We left our new motorhome there for about 25 warranty repair items that in their own right is a very disappointing reflection of the build quality of the the motorhomes they build. The people at the facility were very friendly and helpful. The 4 star review was based upon anticipated repairs being done professionally and timely. I will edit this review when the service is completed either up or down to reflect my satisfaction.

The facility was a plus 10. We showed up one day before our appointment. Was able to park Motor home in one of the spaces they have. They have 50 Amp electric. They also have a very nice lounge. The bathrooms are available 24 -7.My only area they might improve in, when we received out Appointment day that was the only communications untill the morning of appointment. We needed to meet with our advisor the morning of at 6 AM. Not sure what would of happen if we showed up at 9:15 our appointment time.The whole operation was first class.

How to even get a hold if these people? It says to fill out a request online to schedule an appointment. We did that weeks ago. Like 3 weeks ago. No one has gotten back to us. Then called and left 2 voicemails for service with no response. Everything on their systems makes you leave a voicemail, you can't actually talk to someone. It's absolutely ridiculous and frustrating. Terrible customer service

Rev RV is the best RV Repair place we've ever been to. We drove 13 hours across 5 states to have work done on our RV. We will return in a couple of months to complete repairs on our 26 year old American Eagle due to parts having to be ordered. Highly recommend this businesses.
