Seems to be a first class repair facility. We left our new motorhome there for about 25 warranty repair items that in their own right is a very disappointing reflection of the build quality of the the motorhomes they build. The people at the facility were very friendly and helpful. The 4 star review was based upon anticipated repairs being done professionally and timely. I will edit this review when the service is completed either up or down to reflect my satisfaction.

The facility was a plus 10. We showed up one day before our appointment. Was able to park Motor home in one of the spaces they have. They have 50 Amp electric. They also have a very nice lounge. The bathrooms are available 24 -7.My only area they might improve in, when we received out Appointment day that was the only communications untill the morning of appointment. We needed to meet with our advisor the morning of at 6 AM. Not sure what would of happen if we showed up at 9:15 our appointment time. The whole operation was first class.

How to even get a hold if these people? It says to fill out a request online to schedule an appointment. We did that weeks ago. Like 3 weeks ago. No one has gotten back to us. Then called and left 2 voicemails for service with no response. Everything on their systems makes you leave a voicemail, you can't actually talk to someone. It's absolutely ridiculous and frustrating. Terrible customer service

Rev RV is the best RV Repair place we've ever been to. We drove 13 hours across 5 states to have work done on our RV. We will return in a couple of months to complete repairs on our 26 year old American Eagle due to parts having to be ordered. Highly recommend this businesses.

I have talked with them about class A windshield repaires. I got an estimate and appointment for late April. We will see how it goes.

REV parts and service have always treated me right. Slide covers needed replacing and the tech suggested driving down the road to an Amish farm who made buggy covers to have the material sewn. Cost less and made within hours rather than waiting a week for the material to come from Colorado.

I was impressed by their business model until I found out there was no "Quality Assurance". And I do mean zero!We were fortunate however to have a decent tech who was doing the general coach maintenance. He was thorough and attentive to our needs. He was a good kid with good intentions. If you happen to go ask for Corbin. The problem was the chassis tech. He did our Lube oil filter on the engine, transmission, and Generator, as well as, the 29 point inspection. This is where the problem arose.Doug, the chassis tech, was less than dilligant in the performance of the 29 point inspection. He missed a crucial inspection point. And I do mean crucial. He missed a broken bolt that fastened the air bag to the rear axle. Yes, it was an inspection point. I fault him for missing it but I also fault REV for not performing a follow-up quality inspection after the fact. Easy solution. Lazy employee, lazy company. All that said. Our Fleetwood Discovery 40X is a great machine for two reasons... 1. It sits on a Freightliner chasis. 2. It was manufactured way before COVID.I have three recommendations... 1. Find all the things you need worked before you make the appointment. 2. Follow up with the service rep and request a detailed walk through after the 29 point inspection and lube/oil/filter. 3.if you don't like the work...ask for management and don't back down.Worth going but take responsibility for your coach and follow-up.

We took our 2017 Discovery toREV RV in Decatur, Indiana this week to get our curb side slide fixed. This slide has been trouble since we purchased the RV new in 2017. We have been to our original dealer twice, another local RV service center and have had 2 mobile techs try to fix it but no joy. REV was able to fix our slide and now it finally works like it should after 5 years of disappointment. We have overcome many new coach issues, most fixed by DIY but the slide was beyond our abilities. We couldn't be more happy. Huge thank you to April, Jim and the whole REV team for making this happen!!! Definitely 5 stars and we will be back if/when necessary...1100 plus mile trip for us but so worth it.

Matthew (Service Manager) and April (Service Advisor) were helpful and great to work with—went above and beyond to accommodate our requests for our out-of-state pick up, down to the last details of making sure our MH was plugged in and the AC turned on. Beautiful and nicely-equipped facility to use while waiting for the work to be completed.

We’ve heard the best and worst stories about REV. With any business it’s all about who you draw in the sweepstakes as your service rep and lead technician. We won the lottery in this case April and Dave were both absolutely fantastic. With 34 Years experience Dave went above and beyond fixing things as he discovered them thru disassembly. We could not be more happy with Dave and he entire team that took care of the laundry list of items we had. At times it was extremely frustrating trying to get in contact with April however we completely understood why when we arrived and witnessed first hand the barrage of customers she was dealing with. A lot of patience will serve you well when coming here for service but it’s worth it. Thank you all for your assistance.

Full-time family of four heading to REV Service Indiana today 09/06/22. We made an appointment five weeks ago for our 2021 Fleetwood Discovery. Two items on the list. Washing machine (we had the part that needs replacing sent to us from the washer manufacturer) and an air conditioner not working correctly. Both items explained to service in initial online request for service. We promptly received an email back from Dan with the first available service dates as well as an invitation to use their facilities for camping for our prior day arrival. Great service thus far.We are looking forward to visiting Decatur and getting our coach back up to speed. I will update this review and our blog as we make our way through the process.Update 9/6Arrived after the shop closed, but instructions say to grab any available spot and check-in in the morning. Plenty of spots available. Power is good. Potable water and dump station in different location, but close. Plenty of amenities including a gas station within walking distance.Update 9/7Woke up to a bustling camp as everyone who showed up the day before was getting ready for check-in at 6 am. I was met with a friendly staff who got our rig checked in. Remember your site number written in the pavement. We received a couple badges that would get us in after hours for laundry and shower. A technician then followed me to our coach where we went over our punch list. He then took the coach to the shop. So, be ready to go do whatever else other than being in your coach at 6 am.We were told we should be back at 330-4 pm to receive the coach back at our site if further work was required the next day. Fortunately their crew was able to fix everything today. I was kept up to speed on fixes by our representative, Greg. All in all it was a great experience. Making a reservation and already having our parts was helpful. They have a great oiled machine there. Before you make an appointment make sure you have a list of everything you want addressed. They build your appointment times on that. It is not like other RV mx shops that accept it with no timeline to get it back to you when they feel like it.I will be back if I need to. Hopefully not, but I won’t stress about having to bring my rig here.

I have a new 2022 Fleetwood Discovery and had a large punch list (some substantial issues). We were scheduled to begin at 6:00 am on Monday morning and done by that Thursday. They have a process that pairs you with a service coordinator and a service technician. There are 2 coordinators and their level of service and communication is night and day. Additionally, there are several techs of varying experience and commitment. I unfortunately drew the worst on both counts. Communication from my guys was nonexistent. I never new what the next day would bring. I tried to communicate with my coordinator via notes (preferred process), email, and phone calls. To this day, I've not received a single response. I ended up being there for 11 days and all the work was not complete. The one major issue, electrical, was diagnosed in part to be bad batteries. In an effort to get this repaired in a timely manor, I drove down the street, bought new batteries, and installed them myself. I did get reimbursed after a bit of heartburn. I say repaired in a timely manor because if your tech goes over the scheduled time, they move on as the schedule dictates putting you on the back burner. I met people that had been there over 5 weeks awaiting repairs even though their parts had arrived. I had a bad experience. But, those that had the other service coordinator and different tech were in and out with full service and good communication. So it's tough to say the entire place is terrible. I'll say that the facilities were convenient with 50 amp hookups, dump station, and available water. The facility itself was clean with comfortable areas to spend the day. I'd also like to give a thumbs up to the paint and body department.Service: Electrical

We were there for warranty work. But staff found two things to charge us for which I'm sure they have to do to make the books balance. The people were nice. The facility is good, no complaints.

Once I understood the center's procedure for assessing and l prioritizing work I have had great experiences with REV service. They have done a great job with all the work we've needed and their prices are in line with other RV service centers we've used. Being a factory service center they are more likely to have the experience necessary to work on the various rigs in their cars. The front desk staff are very helpful and courteous as well.
