Locally owned and operated self-storage facility in Delphi, Indiana. Renters are welcome to access their units at any time. The posted hours, Wednesdays & Fridays from 9 am - 3 pm, are the owner's office hours. Call Kathy anytime to inquire about available storage units and pricing. We offer a variety of unit sizes that are clean and well maintained. The high vaulted ceiling style of our storage units gives you more vertical room than you will find in other facilities. The owner didn’t tell me I needed to bring my own lock. The owner also didn’t tell me how narrow the doors to the units were. The units were dirty, filled with bugs and mice droppings and water was coming into our unit.

It use to be ok but there aren’t many places to rent storage in Delphi and this places price reflects that it’s also hard to get to

4 Stars because you have been very courteous as to not sell off my storage for being as far behind as I am.
