Service from Pearsons has been great, and when I've compared prices they have been much lower than the other options. Yes, I've had to pay the emergency delivery fee, but I could have avoided that by simply paying attention to my tank level and calling them sooner. A while back I had them do a repair for me and, frankly, I think the hours they charged were less than the time they spent here.

They charge just under what is federally considered price gouging, their desk people are terrible, their drivers tear up yards like it's a life goal, and they do anything they can to slide fees in. The only good thing they do is show up on time and half the time you don't get what you've paid for. I'd use another company but unfortunately they own the tank and my home is a rental.

Great customer service! They really seem to care about their customers and want to take care of the local community. We've moved our business to them and it's a relief to know they will always work as quickly as they can to help!

They try every excuse to extort an extra $75 to service you. They are not transparent and accountable, refuse detailed receipts, as well as never leave notifications after servicing.If the tank weren’t in the landlord’s name, I’d switch!This year the truck grazed my corner fencepost, knocking the whole fence apart!?(Oh but he left a receipt on my gate this time?)

Competitive with rates & do what they say. If I was charged it was my fault.
