In September, I had put in an application online to work as an RCA, to eventually work up to getting my CNA license. A couple days later I was contacted for an interview, which I attended. I then went through a couple hours of job shadowing and a second interview. After all that was done, I was told by the interviewer I was hired, and we discussed my onboarding date and I got all required employment paperwork filled out, and was excited and ready to start my first big girl job, as any 20 year old would be. ONE DAY before training, I was contacted and was told that they had changed their mind about hiring me and that they found someone better. I reached out to the lady who interviewed me multiple times and never got a response back. I am most definitely not at all pleased with the process I went though.

This healthcare facility has been around for many years and as a staple in Delphi they have top notch nursing staff and therapy! The therapy offers outpatient and inpatient rehab for almost any problem you can think of. They are caring and really take their time to listen and help you. The community atmosphere makes this a place worth visiting because you never know who you'll run into and even if it's someone new they treat you like family. No one wants to need nursing help or therapy but if you need it you won't regret making this your first choice!
